Red Dot Storage has made physical improvements; but, things havent really gotten better. 1. The entrance is in the wrong place to the west of the property. The entrance/exit should have in the middle inline with the drive. 2. The fencing has confined access to the storage units. 3. The attendants cant make to the property when need; it takes about three days! 4. Rents will risen 26% + with no tangible benefit!

The buildings were recently painted giving it a very clean crisp look. The area is well lit and a new electronic entry keypad was also recently installed adding to the safety of the facility. I would highly recommend.

Was a little surprised that the facility is completely standalone with no office but, the online support people answered fast and were able to address all my concerns. The only issue I have is the web page is slow.
