I was referred by a great friend to this location. It was the closing of the business day. Upon walking into the establishment I was greeted with a smile from Tonya. We know in the work force and in society now, people are ready to go, no concern for one another and sometimes arent pleasant regardless of any situation. Not only was it the smile it was the body language that spoke volume as well. She was pleasant and willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. She took her time and walked me through every aspect and concerns regardless of the late hour and I appreciate her for that. Ive only utilized this establishment for a very short period of time but, Im hoping that if this establishment be as accountable and great representation as their employee (Tonya) was all will be well. On the other end of the table it goes both ways. As a customers we too need to be pleasant as well to the person that is servicing us. Thumbs up to Tonya!!

I have needed to store all my belongings at the Public Storage on 159th in Tinley Park, IL twice. Both times Melissa help get me set with a storage unit to fit my needs, thoroughly explained all rules and regulations as well handling my monthly payments, helped in purchasing supplies, etc. Actually, I currently have a storage unit full of my belongings and know that I have no worries nor concerns that my monthly payments are being handled properly, that my belongings are safe and sound, the Public Storage on this location is run with complete professionalism; Melissa runs a tight ship. It shows in every way, whether youre coming in to see what they have to fit your needs, your day of moving with all that entails, cleanliness of outside, office space, and all locker space inside. I have never had a complaint over the years and would highly recommend my friends and family to use this facility.

Amazing customer service here. Melissa, the pleasant woman at the front desk was friendly, polite and attentive. You can tell she loves people and her job. Always a smile and wave when she sees you driving by. I found the storage space I rented to be affordable, secure and very clean. Once I had decided on the size of space I was looking for, Melissa even took me for a ride in her cart to look at the different ones available so that I could choose the most convenient location as we load and unload equipment on a frequent basis.... Its a clean storage space...... but the staff make it feel like home... Thanks gals!!

Melissas knowledge and kindness made my experience and task in getting the right unit for my needs less challenging. She spent the time needed to find out what I was looking for and made sure that her recommendations were perfect for me. Even though I went with a different Public Storage facility; due to price difference and location; her politeness and helpfulness did not end. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Clean, easy to locate and move around in the halls. I did NOT appreciate the "insinuation" that you need to buy insurance - when I asked if it was necessary I was told "no, but you should have it". My homeowners covers my stuff. Also, I did not appreciate that I was basically "forced into" buying their circular lock. Not sure if they will buy it back when I am through with it.

I came into this location to purchase boxes and Melissa was so helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products your company has to offer. During this stress full time of moving she made buying boxes very easy and was pleasant during the process. Thank you Melissa for your all your help. I had an excellent experience working with Melissa the manager for this site she was very instrumental in reminding me of my due date and always offered awesome customer service. The downsize to my storage experience was the cost including insurance, I feel it was a little pricey. Other than that I would definitely return in the future, if I need a storage space.

I have rented in years past, I do have to say the experience has always been great. I recently came in to the tinley park location to buy a box I needed for shipping. Melissa and Crystal were very knowledgeable about the products in the store and suggested the perfect size box I needed. I would recommend this location for all your packing supplies!!

This is a great facility. The staff is experienced and helpful. Each time I go to this public storage I can count on Jessica for wonderful, personal customer service. The place is organized and clean and Jessica is very professional and informative. I absolutely recommend Public Storage and especially this location.

I dont know why Im writing review. I just needed a storage unit. But Brenda was awesome. great customer service and experience. Id come back in a second. Also, Brenda can write upside down and backwards... its unbelievable. Just ask her to do it. You wont be sorry.
