This is our first time using Public Storage, and from the moment we entered the office until we left we were greeted and welcomed by the Property Manager Jessica. The grounds were well kept and modern, very clean, and easily accessible to clients. Jessica was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we may have had. I highly recommend this location for any of your storage needs. Jessica will willingly custom design the "right fit" for your needs and I am positive you too will be just as happy, if not happier with the service you are provided.

* I was told I HAD to purchase insurance from Public Storage. I smelled B.S. so I asked to see the lease. I reviewed it and realized this was not true. Locks were over priced ($20). * There are no doorstops on the lift doors so you have to use your own wedge to keep the doors open while loading and unloading to the lift. I was also told that there was heating and cooling in the building at this location by the Public Storage hotline and there is not. Thats not this locations fault, but that is poor customer service by corporate.

From the minute I first went there, I felt welcomed. Yezmin gave us a tour, even though I had rented at other PS facilities. She took time to show us the locker, go over everything and explain about the items for sale to support their renters. It skipped my mind to make my payment, and once again Yezmin took care of me. She stepped me through setting up my online account so that my payment wouldnt be late, and Im set to go. Yippee. Great Service for sure. THIS location is stellar.

Property Manager, Jake assisted us with renting our storage unit today. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Later my wife brought a fairly large piece of furniture back to put in the storage unit. As she was struggling with it, Jake came by and offered his assistance. He helped get it to the storage unit. He definitely went above and beyond the requirements of his position and we are both very grateful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thanks Jake!!!!

My boyfriend and I just moved into the area, we dont know many people around here, and the manager there Jake was nice enough to find us a guy to come help us unload our truck, and he made this stressful move a whole lot easier on us. He even came and helped us move our big dresser. Were happy with the box but Jake took such a load off of our shoulders. I would let anyone in the area know to come here.

First time renting a public storage unit. Melissa explained everything quick and easy. She was patient as we took a bit to decide what we wanted. Theres a lot of signatures required and she was thorough so that I didnt feel like there were any questions I needed answered as she covered everything. The facility looked very clean and I am extremely happy that there is someone onsite every day.

I believe first impressions mean a lot in this world and Steve was not only an amazing source of information but also just a kind-hearted human being. He made me feel completely comfortable and secure with where I would be storing my items, and it just came naturally to him. One can tell he is a great resource for that company. She was amazing and answered all of my questions and offered so much more than any other storage facility I have ever visited. Stopped here on my way into work to get prices and sizes on boxes. The boxes are all right there in front so you can see the sizes and the prices are right on them too as well which is very helpful. Melissa was really helpful with figuring out what sizes would work best for me and carried them to my car. Great place and staff.

I have been renting at this facility for many years now and Shannon who runs the front desk will on occasion when I get very busy call me to remind me to send my rent check in so that I am not hit with a late payment fee. This I believe is first rate customer service. I couldnt be happier with her this facility.
