My company has been working with Lydia at Public Storage for years. It is very rear to meet someone as Kind, professional, understanding and helpful as she is. Even when she has more than one person waiting for her attention she manages to address all issues or concerns quickly, professionally and with out making the person feel rushed. I have had times when Lydia had time off and I was confronted with dealing with a the person covering for Lydia. I could not get my issue or concern addresses to my satisfaction. I choose to drop it and wait until Lydia returned. It was a good decision because Lydia dealt with it quickly, and it was never a issue. It just need someone who was experienced and a people person like Lydia is. What a lady. I am very happy at the Bensenville location. There was even once when our driver was blocking the driveway to do what he needed to do. Another customer complained. Lydia had to get involved. She managed to satisfy the upset customer and deal with us in a very professional matter. Problem was solved quickly. I just want to say thank you Lydia for being our representative for many years.

I walked into the Public Storage today and I was greeted by Lidia. She was very pleasant and polite during our encounter. She walked me through the different choices I had that would meet my needs. She informed me about all of the discounts and promotions that were currently available and she was very helpful. It was my first time renting a unit, and Lidia was wonderful! She explained everything in detail and was very thorough with all of the information that I needed to be aware of, such as size of the unit, hours of operation, term details, costs, discounts, you name it. Lidia is super sweet and a pleasure to work with. The location is also well kept and clean. I would recommend this place to others, and ask for Lidia, you will not be disappointed!

This Public Storage location thrives off its coustmer service and well maintained facilities. While looking at multiple locations to store my families belongings this particular one shined brighter then any other. Not only is the location ideal for where I live but when i arrived on site I was impressed to see how clean, lighted and secure the facility was over all. Being new to the public storage scene i found there employes to be very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond. I believe Lidia was the employee who helped us out and she was able to effectively address all of our questions. I would highly reccomend this facility to anyone.

My mom is down sizing. She needed a storage room to store her belongings since she closes on her house this week and will only close on her new condo till mid next month. We visited Public Storage and Todd B showed us around. He was able to show us our different options and answered all our questions. While we were signing the lease, the power went out for a short time and had to jump around from us and other customers coming in due to the power outage. He was able to stay claim and handle everything in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Public Storage here in Bensenville.

We had a wonderful experience with this Public Storage!!! We were moving into a new store and kept all of our merchandise here in the interim and Lidia & Debbie really went above and beyond for us!!! They made this stressful time and some situations so much better! Lidia was so incredibly responsive which was so helpful!! I thank them so much for being so great!! Absolutely phenomenal service and facility! Conveniently located right off of York Rd. this facility has never steered me wrong. The grounds and the units are always clean and presentable. I have never had a poor experience with any of the staff at this facility! Lidia is always fast, efficient, and happy to help with any issues/concerns I may have. All in all, this Public Storage shines above the rest.

I recently rented a space at this property and couldnt be happier with the service that I received from Debbie. Not only was she knowledgable & professional, she was also an extremely friendly & caring individual. Stephanie was also an absolute delight to deal with as well. Public storage needs to hire more people like these two girls. The customer service that they provide is exceptional.

Went in to inquire for future use. Even though I wasnt going to rent at the present time the young lady named Melissa went over everything clearly and at length. She was friendly and so very helpful! I will return to rent there because she made me feel everything will be handled correctly, efficiently and my unit will be exactly what I will need. Very nice and professional young woman!

Great Experience!!! Lidia & Deborah really work great as a team. Always ready to answer any and all questions. A few months back I had a flat tire & no jack. Luckily for me the district manager Phil Cacciatore was on site. Not only did he supply a jack, but he also changed my tire.....Great Guy! I am sure that my move would have been more stressful if it wasnt for the kindness and help of these two employees. Since my plans have been postponed, they will be seeing more of me than we thought.

Needed to make a payment so I looked up a public storage and found it , Stephanie immediately helped me out with that. She took care of some customers that were there before me in a very productive and quick way then got to helping me with my payment I was in and out in Less than 5 min I will definitely be coming back to this location

Me and my girlfriends first time renting storage. We found this location to be the closest to our house. The prices were the best here also. Lidia was very friendly and made the whole process easy for us , answered all our questions, and explained everything we need to know. The grounds look well kept. Will recommend to others.

Jennifer had excellent customer service and helped me get a great storage unit. She answered all of my questions and I got a tape roll to tape some boxes that I am going to put in my new unit. Jennifer was wonderful and helpful. She had a great attitude and showed me an open unit and told me an affordable paying rate!!

Ive been using this facility for years. The staff has always been first rate. There is now a new manager here by the name of Denise. The first time I dealt with her was a great experience. Her and Stephanie are a super team. Update. .. still a great experience here
