Excellent temperature control and a very clean atmosphere. Lights automatically turn on as you walk down the halls and there is a spot where you can pull up your car to upload or load items into and off of your car. They have dollies and carts you can use to transport your items to your unit and the staff is very friendly. There isnt 24 hour access but they do allow you to have 24 hour access for an additional fee.

Very clean and big place. Nice and fresh lemon scent every time you walk in to the building. Friendly staff. Availability to come any time. Each unit is heated. Good prize and one month was for only $1.0. We are highly recommend this place.

Very organized, clean, well-lit, climate controlled, friendly and helpful staff. The price was competitive, and it was easy to access the unit. Security was more than adequate. We were happy customers here while selling our townhome.

Tiffany at the Lake Street location in Addison really helped me out and went over and above the call of duty. She went out of her way to resolve my issue, which was totally my fault. She is the reason why I store my stuff here!

Great facility - clean and easy to access, with flatbed dollies available for you to use. I stored my mattress here for over a year and found it in good shape (although I did wrap it up in all kinds of anti-bug wrap, to be safe).
