Extra Space Storage (ESS) in Mount Prospect, IL is one of the nicest self storage facilities I have been in. The facility is clean, feels very safe, and offers a wide range of storage options. Barb Chism, the store manager exhibited professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. She answered all of my questions and provided good recommendations on locker size and moving strategies. I cannot thank her enough. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to ESS because I have experienced first hand the excellent customer service they have so kindly offered. I highly recommend this storage facility and am sure you will not be disappointed.

I received wonderful service from Ashley. She is very pro-active. My monthly payment was set-up to automatically be charged to my credit card. My credit card was stolen. I did not get a chance to call and give my new credit card number. Ashley called me and informed me in a very professional and friendly way of the late fee I would incur if it wasnt paid today. I gave her the new number, and thanked her for calling me and saving me the late fee. I have had wonderful service from Ashley before. Always very helpful and positive attitude. She is a wonderful employee, and she should be recognized for the wonderful service she provided to all her customers.

Having stored military books in previous storage companies, Extra Space Storage is by far the best: Rental fee is fair, my space is ideal for my business, Barb and Breyana were very professional in their presentation and even reserved my space several weeks in advance, when I would be using the space. A bonus for me was the opportunity to meet the Chairman of Extra Space Storage, who now is a customer of mine, when he purchased books from my inventory. Bruce Herrick / Hooked on History P.S. I stopped in to Extra Space Storage because I needed a small area in which the store a few boxes rhat were cluttering up my bedroom. Barb took me on a tour of the building, explained everything very clearly and was very friendly and helpful. I did sign up for a small space because the rate was very reasonable and that is the cleanest storage building I have ever been in! Its very well-lit, easy to access during or after hours, carts are available as well as two elevators. This was a very positive experience for me!! Five stars!

Facility is very clean, secure, and well kept. I had a locker at a competitor right down the street. After a dramatic increase of my rental fee there, I decided to check out ExtraSpace - and Im so glad I did! Management was very informative and friendly. This place is better in every respect, and the prices are lower. Completing the rental agreement was easy, and I was moving my things in immediately. This is my 4th time renting a storage space - and by far the best experience Ive had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic storage facility. I spent some time looking around at my local area storage facilities and glad I went with this one. Indoor unit with really easy access. They have a large garage bay for you to pull your vehicle into and close up so you can unload onto their carts in comfort from the elements. Elevators are right there and its easy breezy to get to the units from there. Really clean facility, well lit spaces, and the office staff is super attentive.

Youre in good hands with Barb! She is the manager and has gone above and beyond to help me out. She helped me pick out the right size storage when I had no clue. She helped me find where I can rent a moving truck. She helped me get a lower price I can afford. She let me extend my reservation due to a family emergency. Ill be back in a few days to rent my storage and I can say i definitely went to the right place!

Excellent customer service! My friend left an expensive truck attachment in the loading dock.. Breyana was so kind on the phone and had assured me the problem would be looked into immediately . Wow, I love this place. Its much better than Public Storage on central road in Mount Prospect about half mile from Extra Space Storage. Public storage has too many issues and water leaking etc.. I got fed up and decided to move to new Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend you to move this new place! So neat, clean and professional. Thank you, Barbara.

Thus place is a great storage facility. When you compare to other places in town their price is easily the best. With the insurance we are under $100 for a 10x10. The garage access in the loading area is a huge plus especially if there is rain while loading or unloading. Very clean and very secure. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great storage facility. It is clean and feels safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. What I like the most about this facility is that it has a drive-up loading area inside the building. I was able to drive my van inside the building to unload boxes and place them on the carts that they provide. I recommend this facility.

Barb, explained the rules and polices vey well. She was also professional, kind and easy to speak to. I will recommend, Extra Space to others.

Barb Chism was great! She explained everything in detail, very polite and helped us find a unit that fit our needs. She had multiple customers waiting and took the time to address each one promptly. Great facility. Clean and well maintained. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. As well as very patient and understanding. Also reasonably priced. I highly suggest this complex if you need some "extra space" (get it lol) In all seriousness, great, clean, affordable and with knowledgeable staff.

Facility is well maintained and looks great. Excellent variety of locker sizes. Loading dock is easy access and provides quick way to any part of facility. On site manager (Barb) is a pleasure to work with as well - very friendly and professional. Quick responses to questions.
