If you are looking for the right place to store your personal belongings, look no further. Kelly is the store manager and she definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed and answered all our questions. I work late evenings which made it tough for me to get there before closing and Kelly was nice enough to stay after hours to show us a couple different storage unit options. Thanks Kelly :) Great customer service, manager has great personality and is very knowledgeable on the topic for us newbies. Clean storage units with lighting and everything outdoors seems to be kept clean. My only suggestion would be to improve the Public Storage Signage because it is very difficult to see from Roosevelt and the entrance can be easily missed as you drive passed.

Kelly is fantastic! Ive rented a storage unit at this facility for approximately one year. I needed a new storage unit ASAP, but didnt need a huge amount of space. I went in and spoke with Kelly. She was EXTREMELY helpful and took the time to find me the right storage unit for my needs. The unit she assigned was perfect! She is very knowledge and is truly customer-oriented. She even went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting with the other storage unit that I rent at that facility. I had a very positive experience at this facility, thanks to Kellys assistance!

I am very pleased to be renting a unit from Public Storage in Oakbrook Terrace. Kelly is amazing! She knows her stuff and answered all questions I had. Besides our awesome connection on a personal level, Kelly is very professional and great at what she does! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease in a stressful time. She deserves recognition for this, there are not too my people in the customer service industry that is quite as friendly, easy going and hard working as she is! A+++! Moving is so stressful; however, the manager, Kelly, at this location is a life saver. Her kindness, customer service and support is more than I ever expected or experienced at a storage facility. She personally followed up with getting a light fixed and was more than accommodating when I moved to another storage unit. Kelly was training her new assistant, Mike, on my most recent visit. Hes adopted the same customer service that Kelly exhibits. These are fabulous employees and along with the great location, I will continue to use this facility.

I recommend using this place any day! Even if you are storing your stuff somewhere else pack it up and come here. Kelly was so helpful and called within seconds of me making reservations online, she even helped me park my RV. I was surprised at the quality of customer service she provided and even witnessed her help someone switch units within minutes, to which they were beyond pleased. I never write reviews but she deserves to be recognized and if you ever need to store anything this is the place. Thankyou again for the wonderful help.

Thankfully we hardly ever use these services. And we usually only use them because we have too. But this company knows this and takes advantage of its customers by making it impossible to pay online. Almost in a purposely fradulent manner. And the ridiculous $10.00 convenience fee to pay by phone is unheard of! Dont be late on your payment because they have another greedy fee of $50.00 dollars. If you have a choice of using a more evolved service for your storage needs please do your research and look elsewhere at another company.

Kelly and Jean are two of the finest employees that an owner could hope for. They are efficient, compassionate and went beyond the call of duty, which made me feel like I was a real human being. While I occupied space, everything went exceptionally well with no problems. I had used public storage on several occasions in the past, in CA and Illinois but this was my best experience. Kelly & Janet have excellent teamwork which makes the dream work. Kelly is the best. Shes professional, smart, witty, and useful. She gets the job done. Whatever you need. I appreciated her kindness and compassion. The winter has been tough but she went out of her way to help me open up my unit with all the ice that weve had it was frozen. She did in one moment what I couldnt do in 5 min. Shes an asset to Public Storage and made my experience better! Keep up the good work!

Im not sure about the other persons experience, as I have always found them to be more than helpful in answering questions over the phone, giving tours of the property, and being responsive to my requests (like extending hours to enter/exit the property). They have a tenant that lives on site and their security is great. I looked at a few different units before making a decision, all of which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, this is a great property!

Kelly was attentive to all of my storage needs! She showed me a varity of sizes. I thought I could fit everything I needed into a 5 by 10 and after I told Kelly what it was I needed to store she told me I needed a 10 by 15 so thats what size I went with . good job Kelly for getting me the right size unit!!!!!! I would recommend this location to anybody who needs to store there property!!!!!

Stopped in to check the facility out.I am going out of the country for 2 months for school and was looking for a space to fit my car. The prices for a unit to fit my car are out of my budget. Kelly let me know that she has outdoor spaces that DEFINITELY fit my budget. Everything is perfect and thank you Kelly for letting me know of other options youre the best!

I love the property manager Nicolette! She is super AWESOME! She knows the job very well and she is very patient! She helped me decide on a storage space. She is a HUGE asset to public storage because I have been to some not so nice ones in the past and she was by far the best ever! I couldnt stop thanking her.
