CubeSmart is amazing. From my first-ever experience on the phone (I wish I could remember the guys name because he was HILARIOUS and so so nice) to move-in literally 12 hours after reserving my locker, I had an amazing experience with friendly, knowledgeable people. Joshua helped me locate my locker and even offered to help and gave me some advice. The prices are ridiculously affordable and I know my things are safe here. I hope there are CubeSmart locations everywhere I move in the future because yall have yourselves a lifetime customer in me! Thank you!

I has 2 storage units at the Lombard location. They were clean, dry and affordable. Lina and the staff at CubeSmart were professional, courteous and efficient. They recognized me at their facility, knew my name and even called me at home when they noticed the lock on one of my units was not fully engaged.
