I rented on 2/5 at this facility. Working at one storage company and renting at another had me nervous about what I should expect. Melissa and Diamond were fantastic! They made me feel comfortable and helped me with everything I needed. The facility is spotless and easy to navigate. I know how important customer feedback is and I was so happy with the service I received that I absolutely HAD to write a review for the girls! I would happily recommend this facility to friends and family, especially since they offer a rent discount for new customer referrals! I am very glad that I chose to store here rather than other facilities in the area.

This is the best storage facility within the area hands down. The entire team here treats you so well. The facility is in a great location; its super clean; well lit and the prices are great! The communications between the staff and clients at this location is phenomenal. If youre seeking a place to (temporarily) store your items this is the place. Melissa and the entire team at this location will get you squared away.

Found this location by accident - was using the one in Lombard. I am moving everything to this location. Great hours, friendly people, very safe and secure. The other location is to far from me now so that is why the change. Will miss the staff at Lombard, but everyone at Darien has been very helpful.

This is a fantastic storage facility. Sheila by far, is THE best. She was ridiculously helpful when my boyfriend and I were moving in my stuff. Every hiccup we had she was nothing but helpful. We were able to take care of everything within a decent amount of time and it was all thanks to her.
