I would definitely recommend Dibble Moving and Storage to any person looking to move in the Chicago area!. We moved from a one bedroom apartment on the second floor to a two bedroom condo (also on the second floor) that was about an hour away. I got an estimate within an hour and was able to secure the moving date and time quickly and effortlessly. They arrived at the exact minute promised and clearly described the moving process and costs, and then had the apartment packed up in a little over an hour! The three men they sent over were hard working and friendly and they made every effort to make the move perfect. They even cut costs wherever possible, like using re-usable pads on the carpet so they wouldnt have to charge me $30 for the disposable ones. They didnt even push insurance, but promised to treat every item as though it was worthy of insuring (which none of ours is---pretty much all particle board!) When all was said and done, our total cost was about $50 less than the estimate--awesome! Nothing was damaged, everything was moved, and the guys were hilarious. Im recommending this company to everyone I know---check them out!

We scheduled our move about 2-3 weeks in advanced. They sent emails confirming our scheduled day and time and place. Day before as stated they called and confirmed everything for the next day and answered our questions we had. They were to arrive between 8:30-9:30. They arrived at 9 on the dot we began the very easy and quick paper work with one moved and the other started packing. We were to have 3 movers only 2 came so our price went down by a lot which was wonderful! They worked quickly and efficiently. They needed very minimal assistance from us which was great. Once they unloaded at the new place we labeled all boxes and they offered to move them to the proper rooms, we declined because that is something i can easily do myself. We realized after we payed signed and they were long gone our two dinning room table chairs were missing. We called filed our claim with them and within a few days they are sending us a nice check to replace our chairs. Why i would recommend them is they were nice, quick and nothing was broken and our lost items are getting replaced. Will use them again!

I received a quote via email based on item list I provided. The day I scheduled my move was 10/15 the crew arrived on time my quote was exactly as my original quote. I was amazed from the quality of the staff. The guys who moved me handled my precious furniture with so much care and were gentle not to mention really strong! They had no problems with heavy items that is for sure. I appreciate how great they were in packing my furniture, taking my bed apart (no scratches!), and was gentle with my belongings. When I could not figure out where I thought I should position something they had great suggestions to help me when putting my furniture in my new place! (thank you) They even laid out something to protect my rugs to move my furniture into my new place. I appreciate how great they were in packing my wardrobe, also taking my bed apart and putting it back together (no scratches!), and was gentle with my belongings. I would use them again and again!!! You are five star for me THANK YOU!

Great bunch of guys very nice. They worked very hard, my only complaint was they seemed a little rushed and as a result one expensive lamp was broken and an expensive table was damaged. There was a fair amount of stuff left behind, resulting in more than 10 trips to get it all with cars and SUVs. If I had been moving a long distance I would have been very upset because we would have lost some very important items in our life. Please guys it is not a race it is my life you are handling "Please take care" I tipped them very well, maybe too well.

I cant say enough about how awesome this company was and is. Big Joe helped me out so much on my move and his crew was extremely knowledgeable about all things commercial and office. They worked fast, efficiently, and safely. They arrived early and were actually right on original quoted price! The only downside is I cant use them on all my moves for my business nationwide! Will always use this company anytime I have ANY kind of move going on in the chicago and outlying area. Dont look any further.

I have used Dibble Moving and storage for 5 moves over a 15 year period . They show great attention to detail . They are fast , show up on time and pay attention to fragile items . I have also used them to store items in between moves . Price is good , service is great . Ive read the negative reviews and do not agree . Randy and his staff have been consistently good . 15 years , 5 moves and not one problem .

I called to schedule a move over 1 month in advance. I was told that my move couldnt be confirmed because its the busiest weekend and people with elevator slots take priority. I confirmed they were not booked on the day I wanted so I didnt understand why my request wouldnt be honored. I would not recommend this company unless you have an elevator and are willing to not have a secure time slot.

Absolutely fantastic movers. They were the second company we hired and we have no regrets. The first, Crete, were terrible and took 3 times as long and damaged big items and walls in the new house. These guys were very professional and efficient. We had a three hour window to move the rest of our belongings and they got it done in 40 minute. Great guys, very likeable. A+, 10/10 would recommend.

this was my first move ever, going from the suburbs to the city so I was a tad nervous. The two guys Dibble sent were courteous, professional, and efficient. We made the move in 2.5 hours and I was surprised how smoothly it went. 100% would work with Dibble again.

Gives a quote and some how 30 minutes after going over it they cant do that date that was being discussed the entire time. Might want to get a more organized company.
