This is a brand new facility. Storage units are inside and climate controlled. They provide push carts and a loading/unloading bay that is also inside (with a huge door for trucks). Its highly secure with a code required to enter the loading area and the elevator. They loaned me a truck for a day to move my stuff. It was free but they insisted I pay 20 bucks for the insurance. The unit prices they offer are very reasonable. There are rest rooms available which is a plus.

Hi just rented a storage unit at the Arlington heights location. The customer service is out standing Nicole the manager was amazing she really went above and beyond. I live in Hoffman estates and the drive is worthy the services and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking it out for yourself. Awesome!!!!!!!

Very professional and courteous management staff, they listened to our needs and were able to provide excellent service to us. The facility is well lit, clean, and secure. Most importantly tho is that the staff is very responsive, and the manager Nicole was able to make us all smile on our dreaded moving day. Great new place!

This is a brand new storage location, It has a huge drive in loading bay. Its very clean. The store manager Nicole is very pleasant to deal with, she gave me and my wife step by step instructions on how to use the property. We are so happy we went with life storage!!! And we even got a FREE truck rental.

This location is brand new, very clean and the staff is very eager to help you. I have used storage before and none of them compare to this life storage. I love the heated bay. If I could of given them more then five stars I would have, they are a ten star in my opinion..
