Made a reservation online for a 20 truck on Wednesday for that following Saturday. Quickly got a confirmation email saying someone would contact me by 6 pm Friday night. Friday at around 10 am I decided to call the location to make sure truck would be there and everything was set. The person said truck would be there but I still may get a call confirming later in the day. Saturday morning we get there to pick up the truck and cant see any that size when pulling up. We get in there and the employee and then the owner has trouble pulling up my reservation. They finally pull it up and tell me it isnt at this location it is in the city. Then the employee starts blaming his "incompetent" coworker for telling me it would be there. They also claimed it said in the system someone called and told me where I was going to have to pick it up. Well there was no way we were going to the city to pick it up but they were acting like it wouldnt be a big deal and would only set us back a couple hours. One of the worst parts is they said we couldnt have any of the trucks on the property because they had reservations! The closest truck they could find us not even in the size we wanted was in Crystal Lake. We thought there was no way we were getting a truck anywhere else, but called Penske down the street and they said they had one ready for us and it also ended up being quite a bit cheaper.

Worst service Ive ever experienced... I rented a 10 truck at this location. The person behind the counter "Paul Sarantopoulos the General Manager" is not client service oriented. When he realized I was renting the truck for 4 days he even said to me "RIDICULOUS". I dont see the problem if I am paying for a service they are offering. Also, Paul if you believe this is ridiculous, you never say that to a customer. He also misspelled my name and my email when I spelled it for him and gave him my drivers license. As a consequence, I didnt get the final receipt and I had to go back to the shop. The other people behind the counter like Joe are extremely nice and client face oriented unlike his boss. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS Uhaul, specially away from PAUL SARANTOPOULOS (Team Member Since 2011... you have a long way to go)

Stay away from this place. Seems that it is run by Beavis and Butthead. The trailer I was picking up was full of dirt (the muddy type as in earth). When I asked to have it cleaned the guy looked at me like I requested him to do the most unreasonable thing in the world.He did clean it but wasnt happy about it. I returned the trailer after 2 days, but the charge on my card is for 3 days. When you try to call the office you usually get Uhaul customer service instead (another fiasco). Oh yes, the Beavis and Butthead are not able to call out of their office so they will never return your call. Come to think about it, maybe thats not such a bad thing. Shame on you Uhaul.

It would be my recommendation to NOT book your reservation with them. After making the initial reservation and securing it with my credit card, I was already nervous and wanted to call and confirm the truck and pricing the next business day. There was no need. Another employee called at 7:30 the next morning and said, although a booking was made, they had no trucks available. In addition, the requested pick up time was NOT what had been discussed. Extremely disappointed but relieved I found out the day before. They will not be receiving any of my future business.

Please do not rely on them. I booked the truck two weeks in advance and did online check in 12 hours before picking it up. When I get there, manager said the person who suppose to return the truck has not returned. After waiting for one hour manager informed me that I am out of luck and find arrangement elsewhere. He said UHaul will honor $50.00 but never got the money. if you are moving and want to ensure you will have the truck, this is not the place to go.

Hello All Uhaul Lovers, This is the Worst Uhal service that I havent met in my life before.. They are fraud guys, they will try to charge you more..They will try to Charge more fr miles & Gas..and for every thing.. .I suggest all you guys please dont go here..& Save your money...After that its up to you to decide.. ~Arlington Uhaul Victim

Ive rented from this facility a number of times through the last 10 years both personally and professionally and theyve always been super helpful. Ive seen some poor reviews of them but I can say with confidence that the service has always been great. Ive rented from them at least 5-6 times. The manager Ryan is a really nice guy.

Poor service, I tried to book the 16 tuck 5 days ago, no ones ever contacted me at all, then i called one day before with them just want to confirm this truck is ready to pick up. Then they told me that my reservation was canceled and no truck is available for me. I am extremely disappointed.

I thought these guys were good.. but the circuit box they installed died after using it JUST 5 times. Uhaul tells me I didnt purchase an extended warranty plan so im SOL. This is how they work. They put cheap ass parts on your car and they fail after 5 times. Dont ever bother with UHAUL

By far the worst uhaul ever, there was a woman in front of me that was told her reservation for a truck had been given to someone else. I had a reservation for a truck also only to find out it was given to someone else too, these guys have no organization and no customer service.

Excellent customer service and everything was completed for me in a timely manner. The GM, Ryan Neubauer, especially went out of his way to help me above and beyond. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be referring this location to many others.

I went in to see about a trailer to be told my car does not have what it needs to pull one. It was a waste of a trip could be a better way of finding this out before I waste my trip, but the guy at the front desk was very kind so the stars go to him!

Liars...if you make a one way appointment for a rental from this location, dont expect them to actually have a one way truck available. Frustrating, but the guys that work there do their best to make up for what U-Haul lacks

We had a very good experience with Arlington Heights U-haul. They were professional and extremely helpful. The pricing was exact to the penny. Great location and great customer service,too. I will use them again .

Used this places several times. They are quick and by the book. I am not a fan of moving things but when I need a trailer or truck they have always come through without any surprises. I highly suggest them.

Ive had better service at other uhaul locations, team members are way too serious idont know maybe thats how they are or how theyre supposed be im not sure but they could atleast act like they like their job.
