Had been very worried about change in ownership. The previous family owners and their team especially Candy were incredible to work with. We have three units and deal with a variety of storages in and around Chicago so we see the best and worst of it. I have to say Michael has made the transition easy and represents Prime Storage quite well. Great communication, fair minded and easy to work with. Reduced my stress many times. Mike, thanks for everything, I appreciate your style immensely. I highly recommend this facility. The units are clean, there are palettes and especially the ease of drive up units. Quite spacious and the pricing is fair.
