HI, I want to mention that I have been here for about 3 years at the Life Storage in Addison IL location, I rent a office here and Ive never had a problem at this facility. I want to say Bob and Randal are great people here at this location, they are very helpful and very kind. Recently there has been a change where a new manager by the name of Nicole started working here at this location in Addison IL about almost 2 weeks now and ever since she has been here its been a nightmare. All she does is scream at everybody where its even hard for me to work even with my door closed, I even lost about 2-3 clients due her screaming because my clients can hear that in the background. Everyday she is yelling at someone, being rude to other customers that rent offices here and is very in my opinion unprofesional. I hope corporate can see and read this and do something about it because I can not deal with this type of unprofessional circumstances. Thank You

My parents and I looked at quite a few other storage facilities before choosing this one. This place caught my eyes as soon as I walked in the doors. I had no intentions on renting out the unit the same day I had walked in but with the help of the staff I knew it was the right decision. The managers are extremely friendly and very helpful. They will try their best to do anything to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. We have had no problems with them and plan on staying with them as long as we need a storage unit. The units are very safe, clean and spacious. I would say the money is definitely worth it!

VERY CLEAN!!! I highly recommend this storage company. I store my business items at thier Addison location and was blown away when I got to the facility. Ive never seen a storage place so clean, modern and well lit. They have security cameras everywhere! The manager there remembers my name, and has always been very helpful with whatever I need. Their prices are a great value for what they offer. I refer everyone I know to store here. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Its so refreshing to work with people who understand what true customer service is.

LifeStorage Addison is located in very nice place and provide perfect maintenance for the tenants. I am having office and storage with very good price compare with any ohter facility. The most what I like is their free high-speed internet for the office tenants. The speed is perfectly high enough for work. They are also serving free Starbucks coffee during business hours. And for the emergency, the staff is always stand-by and help tennants. I love this office and storage and even their very friendly maintenance. I want to give them A+++++++.

I love LifeStorage! I have used this facility for a year and have never been happier! The building is always clean, secure, bright and comfortable. The access hours are so convenient and the staff is amazing! Always friendly and willing to help and answer any questions I may have! They have more than just storage available and they truely set the standard in this industry. They should be an example to all businesses for great business etiquette and customer service.

I have been at Life Storage for a year and a half love and everything about it!!! I have an office space for my sign and printing business and it works out great! The managers are amazing and are always there to help when needed! They even help your business grow by providing on site events, how great is that?? Who wouldnt love free marketing!! THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL STORAGE PLACE this is the king and VIP of all storage places! Come see for yourself!

Life Storage Addison has been a perfect place for my business. It has the perfect environment for any small business and even if your business is growing they have several size options and all ready to go with furniture and high-speed internet. Managers in the front office are always ready to assist you not only during business hours but Saturdays and Sundays too! The building is new, environmental-friendly and state-of-the-art security. Thumbs up!

Hi i want to say i rent a storage here at the addison il location and the new changes i see are ok but the new staff you have working here are horrible. I hear all the time the front desk lady who is in charge screaming her guts out to people and that is very wrong and they are not polite at all. life storage was more better when bob and randal were running it at least they were very nice, helpful and polite. bring them back

When my family and I were moving back to Addison we were in need of a great storage location with all the different needs of our family. Life storage was the most accommodating and the best value for what we needed! The managers were sooooo helpful and we were moved in with no problems. The facility is always clean and we even went there for pictures with Santa!! We are very happy with their service!

Secure facility, huge loading garages, convenient location, flexible hours, temperature controlled. Also, Bob and Randall are amazing! They are very helpful and are willing to go out of their way to accommodate you, if at all possible. I could not be happier. Works wells for short or long term storage needs.

I been trying to use elevator and it doesnt work we have the top floor and the damn elevator doesnt even have a sign saying its not working i try calling them so many times and nobody answers my phone calls nor my voicemails when it time for payment they answer right away....

Extremely clean and very secure. It can be a bit costly, but I would recommend speaking to Justice who will help you find the perfect unit at a reasonable rate. Cant go wrong with Life Storage in Addison when looking to safely keep all your valuable possessions.

I have used other Storge places in the past but Lifestorage is by far the best. They are very clean, the Managers are great, and there are a lot of features for the money. The are by far the best place to store you stuff and I would recommend them to everyone.

Climate control. Great pricing. Very clean. Wide variety. Great staff. The only place Ive found with extended access hours. My grandson said that its the first time hes seen something that looked as good as the ad.

I went here for some boxes and no one was around. All the doors were locked, but they were supposed to be open. Additionally, many of the reviews below look to be faked. 3 of them were done on the same day even!

The facility is very clean & well kept, and the staff is totally helpful! I like having my stuff @ Life Storage because I know its safe & closely monitored. I would definitely recommend them! :-)
