The Lockup is great: clean, well-lit, climate controlled. The staff is friendly and will do whatever they can to help. When I had some questions about my account, John, the location manager, returned my calls promptly and then called me back after our conversation to make sure everything was OK and clear. There are always plenty of carts to help with getting things up to your unit, and the auto-pay for rent and e-mailed invoices are a nice touch.

My friend and I recently stored at The Lock Up Self Storage in Willowbrook. The property manager Brian was so friendly and knowledgeable! He made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions we had. The facility itself is very secure and clean. Weve rented a unit here since shortly after the building opened. It is far superior to other storage locations we have used, with friendly staff and clean, well-lighted exterior areas. In fact, when we needed some additional space for a while, we didnt hesitate to rent a second one. John, the property manager, is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!

When I went in to ask for information on a unit when I was looking around the manager Val helped me and was very knowledgeable and provided great information. Her guest service was so professional and polite compared to other places I went to and felt like they were just rushing me out Val made me feel like a guest and I will definitely keep The Lock Up place as my first option!

Words cannot describe how easy it was to rent out a storage unit at this particular facility!! Both Valerie and Brian were very kind,professional, courteous, and helpful with the whole process. People climb through the top of your storage be ause there is a whole at the top and steal your belongings. I had so much stuff robbed out of my storage and a guy name bob who runs the location put a bar across it. Your stuff is not secure.

The lockup is the best self storage I have ever used! Climate controlled and safe. I never worried about my stuff. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a great experience.
