I am extremely satisfied. My moving experience has been so hectic and stressful and on moving day found out our home wouldnt be ready so I rushed to find a storage. I went online found this Elmhurst location made the reservation and within minutes a gentlemen named Rodney called to confirm the reservation and ask if he can answer any questions etc. I arri ed to the location and was immediately greeted by Rodney who continued to be really pleasant. He helped me find the unit size that best fit my needs and was very patient with me as I was a complete scatter brain at the moment. I will recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you Rodney and Public Storage for being the easiest part of my move!

I was actually taken back by the professionalism of Lauren. She was freaking AWESOME! She was also very knowledgable and courteous, which in todays day and age it is hard to come when given customer service. As a first time storage renter she made sure that I was aware of everything I was getting , and informed me about all my options. Lauren is the go to girl for getting everything in order. I had one of those VERY rare moments where I walk out of a business and am thinking... hmmmm, she was really nice and helpful.

Public Storage staff (Keira and Carol) were EXCELLENT to work with. Storage facility is gated and generally secured, units have easy access (even with a 26 U-Haul truck). The site is a bit difficult to get to (due to recent highway construction) but has proven to be affordable and better than many similar units recently rented (compared to other major metro cities where we have recently rented similar units).

Great staff! Lauren was a huge help in finding the right space for my needs and the price was better than other similar facilities. The place was clean and well kept, definitely recommend this place as an easy means of storage with peace at mind. The staff was so friendly I got caught talking for 2 hours, service with a smile and laughs.

Jennifer helped ne get an affordable storage unit to help me. She was a huge help. I mean this when i say that jennifer was deffinitly the best helper in that place. I got a roll of tape at an affordable price and i got my boxes in my new unit that day. Getting some help from jennifer! Jennifer was absolutly incredable!!!

Keira is seriously the coolest chick ever! She was so understanding about everything. This was my first time getting a storage room, and she was able to answer all my questions and help my family and I with the whole process! I came here because we are moving to the Elmhurst area and will need to move from one storage location to another. While we wont get a promotion the manager was nice and did explain the process. Its not his fault but it would have been nice as an existing customer to be shown some appreciation for loyallty!

Tracy was so amazing she gave good directions to get me there and walked me threw everything so perfect I didnt need to ask any questions she was beyond sweet and made me feel comfortable. Offered me covers for my beds which I was going to be needing and insurance i was very pleased with her!

Weve been storing our things here for about a month and its the best. Rodney has been extremely helpful and even helped me utilize all of the room in my space so I wouldnt have to spend more money on a larger one. Definite 5 stars
