I was passing through Chicago to see friends and needed a place to store my trailer. I came here to rent a storage locker to put my trailer away so I didnt have to drive around with it. When I entered the building I was greeted by Jennifer with a warm welcome and a smile, I explained what I needed and what I was doing and she set me up right away with a locker. I started with one but my trailer didnt fit and Jennifer was ready with another and it fitted perfect. When I was ready to leave I was greeted by Tracy once again with a warm welcome and smile when reviewing the paper work she noticed something was amiss and called her boss to straighten it out. Now this was in my favor and really surprised me, she could have said nothing and I would have never known. These ladies went above and beyond to help me and made it very easy to store my things. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number this is the place to go for your storage needs. I highly recommend this place and will rent form them again. Thank you ladies.......

Signed up online yesterday, 6/4, to lock in Memorial Weekend 1/2 price Sale. Within minutes I got a call from Jennifer to let me know that since it was the last day of the sale, she recommended I come in that day to not lose out on the price. I made it in by 4:30, half hour before closing. Jennifer seemed genuinely excited to see me. She was cheerful, friendly, helpful and made useful suggestions. The location is convenient and the unit and hallway were well maintained. Im happy to have locked in a great price so close to my new apartment. I feel my stuff is safe and Im grateful to Jennifer for making me feel well taken care of.

I have been a customer with Public Storage for two years now and I have worked with Jennifer she provides exceptional customer service she always goes over and above no matter what it is just to satisfy the customer and she should be recognized for that. Exceptional customer service again over and above in everything that she does no matter what it is just to please the customer . Public Storage should be thankful that they have an employee that always goes above and beyond. There are very few people in this world that take pride in their position. So I hope the Public Storage honors that and Jennifer.

I have been to a few public storage facilities, and some of them have provided mediocre service. I really wasnt sure what to expect when I went to this location, but I got the complete opposite of what I thought I was going to get. This storage facility is great with excellent service. Randy is the best. Im happy that I chose to leave my possessions in the care of the person working at this facility. In the past couple of years Ive moved around from facility to facility. Im definitely pleased with the service here, and Im glad I chose it.

I continuously have great experiences visiting Public Storage in Elk Grove. Debbie and Randy are great at giving advice and helping in every aspect of every visit. Both are willing to bend over backwards in order to make every visit successful. They both have great product knowledge for theyre merchandise and were able to advise me on everything that I needed for moving and storage. If either ever needed a job, I would be willing to hire them myself because of the excellent customer service that they both provide.

Would like to review my public storage... Public storage on Touhy by Elmhurst has to be one of the best public storages around Not only was the customer service Representative Tracy very nice she explained everything very thural. Never had any issues with any of my items or neighbors knocking over my items on their move in I have never passed by and the gates were open after hours. I feel very safe at this location and if I need storage in the future this will be the first place I go to. Thank You AA & RB

They explained ways that I could protect and store my items in order to make the most of the space that I rented. Overall, a good experience. I had an outdoor unit so I prepped the unit by laying plastic sheeting on the floor as a moisture barrier because cardboard boxes would be sitting on the floor. The plastic did its job. I also covered all my belongings with a huge, thick plastic sheet to act as a dust cover. Glad I did because dust, dirt, leaves, etc. did work its way into the unit.

Usually people put things into storage because they experience life changing events. Public storage has its policies, which Randy and Debbie enforce without bias, but more than that they offer a "touch of humanity". They are compassionate people in every way that they can be given the circumstances and in the most trying times they are comforting . I am a 5 year associate.

Went to the Elk Grove location to get a storage for my mother. Had a great experience with the girls that took care of me and my mother. Jennifer and Tracy are great ladies they are very professional, helpful, friendly. They both are great. I really recommend this place not only for their prices but for the friendly faces. Been to quite a few different public storages and the one on Touhy is by far the cleanest, most well organized one Ive ever been to. Dealt with a guy named Randy, very well mannered and extremely professional. I highly recommend using this storage facility for all your storing needs. Will definitely continue renting a locker from here. :)
