The manager of this facility, Bret Gerhard is the epitome of "Customer Service Centric". I would describe his customer service attitude as "Can do, Glad to". I have had many dealings with storage facilities over the years, and my experience with this facility stands head and shoulders above the rest. We needed some storage space last minute. I called Extra Space Storage and spoke with Andrew. He was very friendly and helpful. I drove over there and Andrew hooked us up with everything we needed. ESS is very affordable, conveniently located, and provides excellent customer service. I have already recommended them.

Overall it was decent, the only Cameras are in the front so if someone breaks into your storage unit youre SOL. And they never answer the phone but theyre pretty good besides that.
