If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This used to be a good place to rent from. But since Sept. 2016 the secured entry gate has been broken. Everytime I call to speak to them about they give me excuse after excuse. Once they decide to get the gate fixed Ill fix my review but until then I wont. Customer service dept is VERY RUDE & refuses to let you speak to any supervisors to get the issues resolved.

Very simple process. There is not a live person on site, but they are easily accessible and the steps to renting the unit are clear. The unit was exactly as described on the website.

Its very convenient to access my area Day or night. The grounds are always clean and paying your fee is really easy. Also having the Kiosk makes paying a lot easier as well.
