I was storing my belongings here for a couple months while my husband and I were waiting for our new home to be finished. The office lady, Deanna was extremely helpful and pleasant in helping us choose the right size unit for our needs. She was very courteous and patient with us because we have never rented a storage space before. She also helped us rent a Uhaul truck when it was time for us to move our belongings out. I defiantly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

this storage place has everything I needed, from inside clean storage lockers, to boxes and locks and all kinds of moving supplies along with a great manager, by the name of staci who was very helpful in finding me find the correct size space for all of our belongings at an inexpensive price, compared to those other guys in Waukegan, staci also got us a safe spot to park my boat, that is monitored by surveillance cameras! The place is rubbish. On Monday, July 10, 2017 when my husband went to look for his tools of work that he kept in the warehouse he saw that they had stolen several deposits including in us. Today the company says that they do not take responsibility for the robbery that happened that day in all the deposits.

Great storage facility... I needed to rent a storage unit and a parking space, the manager Deanna was so helpful and nice during the entire process. It also worked out perfect that they are a Uhaul dealer as well so I was able to drop my truck off there after moving in!

this is a great place to store my boat with lots of lighting and security cameras plus igot an inside unit to put all my boxes and camping gear in for a great price. the manager erica has always been so nice and always helpful.

Been there nearly 13 years they cut my lock and stole some antiques out of my storage unit. New ownership sucks called the police to file a theift report. Dont recommend renting from them.

This place is perfect for what I need storage wise. They have just about any size unit and 24 hour access. The lady inside is extremely friendly and doesnt leave any stone unturned.
