If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service with this facility and with Public Storage as a whole has been sub par. For the record, Tameka the manager was great when I moved in, nice and helpful. I began renting a unit there last year under the guise that I would have a nice clean and dry unit. I rented one of the large drive up units. I asked the manager when I rented the unit if there were any problems such as pests, leaking, etc when I took possession of the unit. She assured me that except for some oil stains on the floor (which she told me to purchase some tarps to cover) from a previous tenant that this unit had no other issues. Upon going there last month to check on my things, I noticed that several pieces of my good furniture had rusted through and my couch when was directly in the middle of the unit had been being leaked on from above. The floor was wet on half of my unit as well. As if this wasnt bad enough, I told the manager and she told me that there was no leak, even though she came and inspected the unit and took her own pictures and told me to fill out a insurance claim. This would have been fine, except for the negative attitude she gave me. I am normally a level headed and calm person but this discovery happened just days after Public Storage, unbeknownst to me, raised the rental fee $45.00. The manager also explained that she was going to have a maintenance person out to address the problem and to date i have received no call that this was ever done. I am from out of state and cant easily return there to check. I contacted the corporate office in California to try to seek resolution, at the very least to bring the rental rate for the leaky unit down to what it was the previous months but they were very uncooperative and said they had policies in place and they wouldnt be lowering the rate or addressing the issue and that if I didnt like it I could just move out. This whole experience has been a bad one. Normally I dont write these reviews and take the negative ones with a grain of salt chalking it up to some person who is just dissatisfied with life and wanting to make trouble, That is truly not the case in this situation. I have had good experiences with Public Storage facilities in the past, so there are good ones out there, so if you can afford to drive a few extra miles, I strongly urge you not to use this facility. This is a WONDERFUL Public Storage. I had a storage unit for my mom at this location for over ten years and amazingly in nearly all of that time their employee Tamekia was my go to person. For every question or issue that arose in a ten year period she was there to answer my questions and always with a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Its no surprise Public Storage has made sure that Tamekia stayed with them, she is a true asset to this company. Thank you Tamekia for all you did over the years to make having a storage unit an easy process and for always being positive and going above and beyond for your customers!

WARNING..... if your payment is 20 days late at this site they will cut your locks!!!! I have rented a locker at this site for over a year and paid faithfully.... This month I had financial difficulties and was not able to pay at the beginning of the month. I was told I had until the end of the month to pay. I made a full online payment on the 22nd. On the 27th I went to my locker only to find that my lock had been cut and I was locked out of my locker. Since they were already closed I had to wait until this morning to call and I was told that the lock was cut on the 21st without notifying me. I am beyond pissed. I will be moving my business elsewhere!!!

I went in this location few hours ago and me and my husband is surprise for the service that we received its very friendly and nice people around, Temekia and Molly are those two beautiful people at the front desk, they will help you out in every thing they can. Temekia show us around, and show all kinds and sizes of the storage until finally we decide which one fit our needs. I wish all people in public storage is like them help the customer and make their life easier , cheers

Temekia was very helpful when we came to look at the storage unit. When we came back the next day Dennis had to help us because there was a little old man who was giving Temekia a hard time about email. (He didnt get how it worked, bless his heart!) but she was very patient with him and Dennis helped us with our lock & making sure the unit would be big enough for our needs. It was very fast once we got the paperwork done and we couldnt be any happier.

Temeika is always so pleasant and fast when I pay my bill. She handed me my receipt and my change all in one Swift movement ! She is always so informative. The facility is clean and tidy. Theres always a cart when you need it. The customer service at this location is incredible. The team that is here is top notch.Carole always has a friendly smile and is quite knowledgable. Whenever Ive had a question or an issue, Temekia has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. She is a true gem. Public Storage is blessed to have such an awesome women representing them.

Never had done and i know always is first of time. I just walk in to this location mr. Dennis was kindly help and even though i changed my mind on sizes of storage. Dennis was wonderful and patients to showed me. Very clearly explain how it is works. Even though didnt had discount to give me offer. Was little dispointed and employee cant go above and beyond some things so its all good. Thank you ☺

the place is fairly clean, however, elevators break down and the price always goes up like every 6 months. Keep in mind that they lure you in with the good deal, and then raise the rate on you. If you need storage for up to 6 months, theyre ok. After that, they will raise the rate on you. I started at like $80/month, now Im quiting since the rate is up to $130/month. Ridiculous company!

Went to Public Storage because we needed some more room for our things. Our storage space in our Condos basement was flooded and we needed an alternative. We went next door to Public Storage and found a space that we were satisfied with. Thank you Dennis, you were so helpful and accommodated our needs. Highly recommended person to see if you need help.
