The facility itself has some issues. The rolling carts that are usually provided at storage lockers are seldom available here when you need them. Frequently, I needed to walk a long distance to locate one of the few on the premises. Although I suggested many times that new ones needed to be purchased and placed at all dock entrances, that suggestion was never acted upon over a period of many years. In addition, the building has poor ventilation and the smell of mold is in the air. Debris would sit for days near the loading dock, suggesting only an occasional clean-up. So if you are a person with any respiratory issues, I would think twice about renting a locker here. Allergies and asthma sufferers beware!! On the positive side regarding this location, the office staff are very nice people. In particular, Cresto (Daniel) and Hattie are exemplary employees who do actually care about customer service. However, that being said, given the aforementioned issues, I would have to give this location a thumbs down!

I used to be skeptical of the storage locker companies that Ive seen, but I tried the Public Storage in Glenview as it is very close to both my home and office, and I give it very high marks. In fact, I now have two lockers there. The facility is very clean, neat, well lit, and climate-controlled. Whenever Ive had to interact with the staff, they have always be very helpful and accommodating. Even once when I could not locate my key and had to have the lock drilled out, the person that did it was great. On top of that, I had no idea what I would be charged for doing it, and she did not charge anything. My favorite is Hattie, who is wonderful at customer service. She has always been very cheerful, upbeat, and incredibly helpful each time I have been there. I highly recommend using the Glenview Public Storage.

I am very impressed with the cleanliness and security of this site in Glenview. I also really like that it has a regular loading area (for big trucks) since I am going to be transferring belongings with a moving van. It is a bit out of the way since I live in the city, but I like the area very much, and Im out there for other reasons regularly. The price is also less expensive than comparable city storage. I appreciated help in setting up my account from Dennis. Hes clean cut and very respectful. Offered helpful advice on how to best use the storage unit. I look forward to having all my extra belongings in this facility with trusted management to assist me.

Hattie was very helpful at a time I was under a lot of stress. I needed to move some things into storage with very little advance warning. Hattie found a unit that suited my needs and she had a wonderful smile that lifted my spirits. I am grateful for her professionalism and caring nature. She made the process go smoothly which was a BIG deal for me. Whenever I come in she inquires as to how I am doing. She goes above and beyond my expectations. I strongly encourage others to consider this location and I am confident that Hattie will make their experience a pleasure too.

I have rented a storage unit at this location for almost two years to store family furniture and other importantly family records etc. I have had the good fortune to be assisted by both Letha and Heather in dealing with multiple matters and am very grateful for their professional manner, their care and concern for our possessions and our satisfaction, and for their Managers intervention when we needed to move our locker to another location and there were no lockers immediately available. Very satisfied to have a great group of professionals to deal with!

I was researching places to keep my furniture while refinishing our basement when I walked into this office. Crespo was quick to assess what would work best for me and showed me a garage that seems like a good match. I dont need the room yet and even though he tried to convince me to get it now, I didnt but thought his customer service was so great that I would write the review for him. I will see him in the middle of next month and conduct business with him at that time. I definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I have been a customer for about a year now.I must say, the only reason why we are still a customer with Public Storage is because of friendly service we receive from the manager. Good customer service is hard to find. Other than that, I hate going there and seeing things broken. The gate doesnt work sometimes, the garage door has been broken for a while now, and no lights in some areas. I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere if these things dont become fixed.

This was not my first time needing storage. I used to rent at a different Public Storage location but that is no longer convenient to me. So I came to the one here in Glenview. I could not be happier with dealing with Daniel. He was very persistent in his presentation. I did end up buying one or two things that I probably wouldnt have because I thought I didnt really need them but he made good solid sense. Im sure the rest of my stay here will be just as good

I walked into Public Storage the other week extremely stressed from packing. I did not have nearly enough boxes to finish loading my moving van. I was quickly greeted by Hattie who saw the obvious concern on my face. She was very warm and friendly which helped me calm down a bit. She assured me everything would be fine, located my boxes, and got me out of the store in time to finish moving! Thanks so much Hattie! Customer Service at its BEST!

WAS ONE OF MY BEST ENCOUNTERS HATHE COULD NOT HAVE DONE ANYTHING MORE TO MAY THIS ONE OF MY BEST EXPERIENCES SHE FIRST LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND HELP MY WIFE AND I PICK WHAT WE NEED TO STORE AND PACK UP NEEDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO HAS ANY STORAGE NEEDS. THERE ARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT STORAGE PLACES WHO WE CALL AND DID NOT LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS. PUBLIC STORAGE, SHE IS A KEEPER.

This is the best location area for me, so close to home and easy to access to main road. The units are so clean. Hattie is so friendly and helpful all the way from the minute I signed in. She even went out to the gate and helped me to operate the automatic gate for the first time. I would love to recommend to the my friends, my neighbors about this location and its services.

I was really impressed with the costumer service Hattie provided me. She was really knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions;I had a lot of them and she had a lot of patience with me. I must have come in 10 times for boxes, bubble wrap and paper. Letha and Heather were very friendly and helpful. They helped me carry everything to my car each time I came in even though I did not ask them to. By the last time I came in, I felt like I knew them personally. They were wonderful to buy from and made the experience of moving so much better.
