I would give it a zero or a minus rating. This was my worst experience ever in dealing with at least 5-6 Public Storage over the years and in different areas. The service was initially ok but as I was moving to a new area, I had to pay my bill late a couple of times. After the 20th of the month, they go into your storage and I ended up with boxes of DVDs, business books and business items missing (at least $1000 worth), which hindered me further from starting my business. It was impossible to claim on the insurance, because you had to prove you owned the item, either by receipt or picture. When I checked out, they had put their temporary lock on the storage and claimed I had to get it off. It took them at least 2 hours or more to check me out because I had not come in to "pick" their lock. I believe they were the ones who stole my items. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

My experience with the online application process was quick and easy. It really sped things up when I arrived at the facility to complete the process of obtaining a unit. Krystle was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She walked me through all of the necessary paperwork requiring signatures.....and then she physically walked me to my new unit, explaining a few further bits of necessary information. I give Krystle and the entire application procedure the highest rating.

My hat goes off for this young lady shenna hope Im spelling her name right that was there today. A customer that was just angry about fees that was not this lady fault. She handle her self with the up most respect and professionalism there is with this ass as a customer people should understand that these people are just doing there job dont get upset when u dont pay your bill on time....SIMPLE AS THAT. Ill give all the stars in the world to her if I could

I went in to rent space and the young lady name Krystle , the manager of the store was so kind. She help me find a unit to store three rooms of furniture and lots of others things.The space was just what I needed. The price was reasoning.She also help me with choosing what type of boxes or what type of locks to use for security. I appreciated the time she spent with me to make my decisions.

Had a space for the last five years. Dirty filthy, no cameras, gate found open twice. and for this every year they raised the rent! For what, new trash and dirt? Well be out of there come August of this year. then they can take their little annual post card announcing yet another rate increase and stick it! Oh, and they make you buy your lock from them...at inflated prices of course.

Krystle and Samantha are both very nice and helpful.. Anytime I need them to assist me with anything they were willing and ready to help even in the blistering cold weather we have been having lately. Customer service is excellent. I only have one minor complaint the door to my unit is warped and sometimes its a little hard to close but other than that it is great! Thanks Ladies!

I worked with a nice lady named Anita. She is everything. Very curiosity to my sister, her children and myself. She has impeccable customer service and was great with assisting on additional items needed for my unit. I would recommend everyone I know to come pay her a visit even if its a drive. Best experience I have ever had from a storage company! You need to clone her.

Excellent customer service by Anita/Lasheena I was taken to see the storage I needed and Anita was very patient with me and I did choose the correct size thanks to Anita. When we returned to the office Lasheena was calling me and she didnt realize I was the person she was calling. Lasheena instructed me on how to wrap my glass table. Thanks and keep up the team work.

i have been renting a unit from this location for a few months now. i have interacted with two women that work there. i think Crystal was the one who initially set up my unit and Samantha is the one who is usually there when i come in to make my payments. the office is always very clean and the women are very pleasant and get things done in a timely matter.

I love this place. Its conveniently located. This location is climate controlled which is important to upkeep the state your belongings are in. All the workers Ive met are super friendly and helpful. I tell my friends about this business all the time. Everything is very accessible. The prices are really reasonable as well.

I stopped on Friday with my sister to rent a unit a young Lady by the name of Anita help me with my rental needs. we returned to the office Anita and John were so nice, anita gave me some tips on how to protect my belongings by the end of the rental I left very satisfied with the service they gave me.

Ive been a customer at this location many years. The managers (Samatha and Crystle) have been wonderful. I had a problem last week and I had to call the district manager, Carrie. I called her and left a message, she returned my call promptly and was very helpful. Thank you Public Storage.

I have a unit on Ogden and I also have one in broadview! I ran into the same girls that helped me before, Yanique and Sam. Although I was a bit complicated, they were professional. I loved absolutely everything about this location and these two young ladies that helped me!!

Samantha rented me a unit, Ive been renting with her for awhile. She is very friendly and always welcomes everyone with a smile. Its great to know when I come in to pay my bill that she remembers who i am. Shes a great people person as well as a knowledgeable worker.

District Manager Sucks!!!! hes unaccomodating, hes money hungry. They change your billing cycle whenever they want & then dont want to issue late fee credits when you pay your bill late due to their error & not explaining things thoroughly. Hes a condescending A**!!!

Went here downsize to a new storage and Elliott and Ruby were great with the service they provided. I came in at 9:45a and was out within 45mins. My paper work done and my stuff was moved into the new storage. They were amazing!! Thank you!
