Over a year ago, I was looking for a storage facility. I started with the Lockup in Park Ridge. I was met by a lady named Dorothy who was the reason I did not go anywhere else. She was extremely friendly and most knowledgeable. She explained to me how her facility could meet all me needs. She couldnt have been more correct. My experience with this facility and Dorothys professional help made my "stay" most pleasant. I even rented a second locker for a short time. I have since moved out but wouldnt hesitate to got back because of the kind and considerate way I was treated!!!

We just finished moving into two units at the Park Ridge LockUp. Dealing with Dorothy, the manager, was a pleasure. She is very professional, courteous, friendly and capable. She explained the rules perfectly, helped us choose an appropriate size unit and was helpful in every way. The costs are a little higher than some of the competition, but with the clean and secure facility and factoring in the use of the truck for the move in, it is by far worth the price. We are happy to see such a well managed facility in Park Ridge.

The facility is very well maintained, the staff are always friendly and eager to help. We did a 3 home shuffle with expanding and contracting storage needs over a period of a couple months and the Lock Up made the whole process so easy. Dorothy worked with us to get some long term storage solutions and was able to make smaller spaces available to fill interim short term needs. She does it all with a smile and personal warmth that make it a no-brainer to use Lock Up. Thanks for the great service.

I rented two units as I had recently moved from my home of 20 years. Dorothy could not have been more helpful and professional during this move in-move out process. The Lockup was perfect. It was so clean and easy to access. Dorothy, the manager, made the sign-up experience very welcoming and easy. The price was just right too. I had been renting from a competitor and this was a wonderful improvement! Climate controlled, CLEAN!, easy access,very secure, and indoor loading and unloading. The opposite of the competitor. I will definitely rent here again if I ever need to, and highly recommend the Park Ridge facility, and Dorothy! Thank you all, Tony

My experience at the Lock Up in Park Ridge, IL could not have been better. I needed to rent a storage unit for business materials. Dorothy, the Property Manager, was extremely helpful throughout my 5 months of renting the unit and did a great job of communicating policies etc. The facility was very clean, convenient, and secure. I will definitely use the Lock Up in Park Ridge for any storage needs I will have in the future.

The place is incredible! The level of security is amazing. Storage lockers are indoors. I never felt my stuff was at risk. Everything is so well organized and clean. Maintenance and upkeep of the facility is top notch. All of this at equivalent or better pricing than other storage facilities I visited. However, the best part of my experience was the fabulous, responsive and friendly service Dorothy provided.
