Last week my wife received a call from Compass saying our storage unit was unlocked. She called me with the information and went to see what was going on. Turns out it was my error. The door was closed, but I didnt latch the lock on the unit properly. The facility is operated by Ms.Alyssa Stout who in our opinion should be highly commended at Compass for her actions. We have been renting here for a while and from day one she has been extremely courteous and professional WHENEVER we needed her assistance about our unit. The inside and outside of the facility is really well lit, very clean, inside being temperature controlled and VERY large. Ms Stout makes us feel better about choosing Compass by her attention to detail and her efforts on taking care of the tenants needs. Think about it...for her to do a walk around the ENTIRE building and notice that ONE single lock on one unit wasnt in the correct place and the door could open, out of the hundreds inside the building shows us that Ms Stout is nothing short of UNBELIEVABLE!!! She is doing an amazing job at Compass and obviously to her its not just a job, but her career. Luck for us! Our unit doesnt hold expensive items, but items from our little kids that are sentimental and dear to us. You can look at other storage places in the area, but we truly believe after how we have been treated and the security of Compass you cant go wrong. If you want to have that piece of mind knowing your belongings are safe and watched over, you cant go wrong with Ms Stout and Compass.

We came to pick up some things we needed in the evening. Everything was is water! The worst part, I had my wedding dress over there, all dump, and with the smell!!! And I just brought my dress from cleaners just a month before!!! My unit , and neighboring 5 units were completely in water. It was too late front desk to be in , so we came back in the morning , and show what is going on there. The lady , I believe Harmony , assumed it was because of the bad air condition , but obviously it was damaged roof with leaks , or something like that.They gave us another unit to move in , and we were promised to get hold of manager, and will try to get reimbursed for at least cleaning the dress! I called them again, Harmony took my phone number,to call back . Now I had to call them again, and was told by to call my insurance,claim department ... Nothing but disappointment

In customer service, professionalism, I have to say Mike and Harmony are the best. No complaints on their fast courteous service. HOWEVER being a contractor who came from public storage and have 2 storages with Compass currently since they opened up I must say I am unsatisfied with the chicken coupes they built as outside storage they are very poor quality. The material is flimsy I store scaffolds and am scared they will go right thru the walls. The floor is plywood. The overall construction is very cheap. Been on waiting list for a long time to store my tools and equipment outside and this is just a shame. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this situation. The facility is beautiful, clean and secure. Thinking of returning to PS cant risk storing my work equipment in these cheap, flimsy chicken coups. J.I.

My name is Ed Mozas. I have been renting storages in this area for many years . And I have always found a problem or two with these places either customer service or the facility itself . I was told about this place called Compass Self Storage on River Road by the tracks down the block from Gene and Judes.b hotdogs, And I spoke to, Alyssa Stout and Joseph Kehoe. I went there and instantly convinced this was the place I need to store my things temperature controlled very clean excellent customer service very nice people. I know I made the right choice. Alyssa helped me with my storage needs and was very friendly. I am from Texas and at this location was the first to store my car there. I have used many different places before but their service was the best I have experienced in this type of business. Dont rent from anyone else they can not accommodate you the way Compass storage can!

This storage is the best storage around. And is the cheapest. Win win. Only someone who has rented elsewhere and at Compass too, knows how good they actually are. Customer service is the best and that is the truth. Just need to install couple more cameras outside the facility and I would be super satisfied customer. Thanks

Best customer service Ive ever experienced! Harmony and Alyssa are the greatest. Ended up being able to store with my family... But that didnt take away from them treating me like royalty. Dont go to any other place. You will definitely feel at home here.
