PHENOMENAL Service. SUPER CLEAN. My items were in storage for a full year and didnt have an ounce of dust on them. NO PEST PROBLEMS HERE. Super modern. This location is NOT some old abandoned factory turned into storage where you have to worry about burglary or pests or worse like U-Haul locations. Life Storage in La Grange is very up to date, modern, clean, reliable, convenient, and so many more pleasant adjectives. Do not even trust their competitors if you have nice things. Come HERE! I felt so compelled to write this review because I went to U-haul storage and other places before I showed up at Life Storage looking for a unit. They were so friendly and quick. I couldnt believe how clean it was. I didnt have to worry about pests or anything ruining my items and I wasnt scared to bring my items to my new apartment. They took care of my things and I felt safe whenever I went to visit my items. It was always nice and cool in the summer and room temperature in the winter. I could not have asked for a better experience. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You might as well throw your things away. GO TO LIFE STORAGE. I was not paid to say this. I just had the best experience of my life when I randomly happened to call on a day when I was already in my moving truck and refused to leave my things with the dirty u-haul storage places. Life Storage was reliable and fair. They had a great price. I am so happy I had this experience.

Ive used many different storage companies over the past 20 years, but my experience at LifeStorage in La Grange Park was probably the best overall. Heres why: 1.) Staff: The manager, Renee, was prompt and attentive. She informed me of everything, gave me a tour and showed me the options, and got me set up with my rental unit quickly. She was very professional and promptly returned my call when I had a question the following day. 2.) Facility: This facility is brand new, and it really looks nice. Its very clean, it smells clean, and it is well-lit. There are multiple flatbed carts for loading up and moving items, which is very helpful. The loading and unloading garage is very easy to use and has plenty of space. 3.) Price: The pricing is great at this place. Lots of options at different price levels and its very convenient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this LifeStorage in La Grange Park to any friends and family. Sincerely, Bill Allan

After a horrible experience with another storage company, LifeStorage has completely exceeded my expectations. Renee gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. I was scheduled to move in the following Saturday. However a few days after my visit, a new pricing promotion started and Renee contacted me to advise me that if I could switch my move in day to Friday, my monthly rent would be cheaper. If I waited until Saturday, the promotion would be over. It was raining the day I moved my belongings, but the indoor drive up loading dock made the job much easier. I would definitely recommend LifeStorage in LaGrange Park to family and friends.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff was very helpful to make my transition as smooth as possible. This was a very difficult time for me and the staff at LifeStorage - La Grange. The space was clean. It is a short drive from where I am staying. Also, the access late at night is very helpful. I didnt need to take off of work to transfer my things from my apartment to storage. In addition, they had dollys available for easy transportation while moving. It made everything much easier. Im glad that I can leave my things somewhere clean and safe until I can get myself situated until my next move.

My husband and I just moved from a very large 5 bedroom house. We need to store our belonging for about three months or so until we are able to move into our new house. After shopping around the area and checking out other storage facilities on-line, we decided to walk in and talk to the girls at Life storage. The girls were so friendly and helpful. we knew Life storage was the best choice for us. Also, the rates were very reasonable. in fact it was so convenient and priced right that we got a second unit. I had to move out of my old storage unit before the end of May, Anne was extremely helpful. It was a smooth transaction. The location is within walking distance for my family and it is spotless!! The facility has outdoor and indoor storage. We rented a 10x5 indoor unit to keep out of the elements but the outdoor units seemed well maintained with sufficient dumpsters available. We used a small truck with a lift gate but this facility has docks so we were able to just back in and unload. There were plenty of carts so the actual unloading only took about 45 minutes. Great place!

This storage facility is really great. Its new, its clean, and it has a ton of different size unites to choose from. I rented a space online on Friday afternoon, walked in Friday evening to sign in and get my lock and was ready to go. Annie, the store manager, was so nice and really helpful - answered all my questions and gave me a few storage tips that really came in handy (like storing my couch on its side vertically). Im very pleased with this place; its convenient, well-lit and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

We have been renting an office and storage space for about half a year. The facilities are wonderful: clean, well maintained, and secure. The front desk reception is so nice and makes sure we get our mail, deliveries and is so kind to our customers. Annie, at the reception has been a constant help and is wonderful to work with. I walk3ed into Life Storage because it was close to our apartment. I rbented the space because the place is incredibly wll laid out, clean, and light. But mostly because the staff is simply great. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, they are everything one might want to meet. My movers were so impressed that one of them rented a space, and my youner son has too. Great spaces, competitive prices, and a top notch staff. All in one place!

When you walk in the front door, Annie the manager of Life Storage always makes you feel as if you are family. Honestly its as if Ive known her my whole life. Operating non-for profit organization that helps the homeless and I have used several storage facilities and none compare to this one! Annie is kind and compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to help a customer... truly a gem!

I just want to thank Annie for making my transition to our new house much smoother than I expected. I was against the idea of having to put our stuff in storage after our experience at a different storage company last winter... but after talking with Annie and seeing the facility I was much more comfortable leaving our stuff there.
