Experience with the company for an year was horrible. The stole money from my wife & I by charging misc. rates. The company has more than one person working at this facility that has no idea how to run a store. The DM or GM is an ass hole and has no respect for others nor his employees. The employees talk down upon their own manager and loves to throw them under the bus when it comes to " who dropped the ball " during particular incidents. They than had the nerve after they told me once I pay balance off In full11 they sent me a bill for $23 dollars, again after I talk to manager and staff and was told my balance is ZERO. Overall this place doesnt need to be running business, and extra space storage next door is the way to go if you want to conduct business the professional way. FYI... this location some how has people living inside their own storage. When this facility is supposed to be monitored with camera, and police official securing the area. (FALSE) I find it funny when posting this I would need to select an star Vs. in my eyes this company doesnt deserve to be open in life. 1/2 STAR if I had the choice

The service stands out at this location. Lauren and the rest of the staff were always friendly and courteous each and every time we made a trip to the facility. Any time we needed assistance with anything they were always ready, willing and able to help out, and made sure our experience went as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend.

I visited a couple other storage unit facilities in the area before deciding on Safeguard. I liked this one because its indoor & climate controlled, very clean. Pricing was a little high but I thought it was worth it for my storage needs. Excellent customer service. The manager (Robert) was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I especially liked how they only charged us for daily in the end. Plus, the workers at the facility on mannheim, lauren, was very nice.

There was a delay in taking possession of our new house, so Safeguard arranged for us to use a second unit to store additional furniture, The storage facility is spotless, and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Lauren, Achille, and Brian do a remarkable job of managing the loading dock traffic and accommodating our ever-changing needs, with a professional attitude and a can-do spirit.
