I would not recommend this company as they have absolutely no accountability. I had my staff tear apart my office and begin packing to transition our storage room into an office for a new employee stating this upcoming Monday. I was told by Dennis one of the staff members that I would be able to register the unit in my business name and pay via business check, only to find out at 4 p.m. that this information IS NOT correct. Im even more upset because I called twice to confirm this information just to be certain. I now have movers that have already been paid for along with a truck coming at 8 a.m. and no storage facility. Normally it wouldnt be an issue, but its Veterans Day and 4 p.m. so now Im out of luck. The end result is that Ive lost quite a bit of money and time today and from the local office to the corporate office not one of these "facilities" have any accountability. They are rude and very unprofessional.

I can NEVER get a hold of anyone to pay my bill by phone & I ALWAYS get locked out of my account to pay my bill online; no matter how many times my pswd is reset. Its funny how they NEVER answer the phone for payments, or let you access your online account, but they have NO ISSUE calling you when payment is late, but theyll just play phone-tag with you all day when you try to call back... Its like they want to charge extra! Why else dont they ANSWER THE PHONE, HIRE & KEEP STAFF?! I dont like that this location only has ONE (1) staff behind the counter ALL THE TIME & cant get or keep new staff....what does that tell ya? If my house/garage was big enough for all my things, Id say F* UCK LIFE STORAGE!!!!

The place is clean and hours are great but the FEMALE STAFF MEMBER is TERRIBLE!!! I was schedule to have my storage open and paid and it wasnt opened (Thats ok. Mistakes happen). However, when I asked her nicely open it she treated me as if I was bum begging her for money. She even yelled at me at one point for asking "why hasnt it been open." She looks down at her customers and treats them as if they are worthless scums!! She hates people of color (hispanics, middle eastern, black...). Very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN! If you DONT want to be DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, DONT go to this storage. I have met other storage renters who have made the same complaints. BEWARE!

Best place to keep your excess items. I left Public storage down the street it was so filthy dirty and they did nothing. Life storage is less money ( made my life easier ) and they are so very clean. The staff is wonderful to speak with ( always friendly ) I like being inside out of the weather .... they have the rolling carts to help get your items to the storage or back to your car. Check this place out... worth the trip to save yourself some money and no hassle ever....... I am so happy I changed referred by our Bridgeview Chamber of Commerce.......... best referral ever.....

Ive been a customer of Life Storage on and off for several years. There are several other storage places to choose from in the area but none are as clean and service oriented as the location on 79th street. Nancy, the manager is always helpful and so nice to her customers. She maintains a secure property and communicates to her customers by name, which always amazes me. If you are looking for a grade A storage property that offers so much more than the others (drive in loading areas, gated, cameras, etc.), look no further than Life Storage in Bridgeview.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get some boxes and to find out about storage sizes and rates. Nancy and Dennis were great, when I began to ask questions they were able to respond in a way in which got me the info I needed about storage and the exact boxes I needed for some fragile and odd sized items. Nancy gave me some additional information about the process of renting a truck and they were both super helpful and pleasant.Not to mention I was in and out quickly! Thanks a bunch.

My boyfriend and I just recently got a storage unit from LifeStorage and we LOVE IT! Its close to our home and the facility is huge and very clean and kept up. We were very impressed. And the prices are the lowest around that Ive seen. And I looked all over online. And the employee Rich that took care of us, is such a nice guy and very informative. He also helped, in our decision in choosing this storage cause he was so great. I DEFINATELY recommend this Storage Facility!!

You know when people mention storage they first think of Public. Thats what I thought until I entered Lifestorage in Bridgeview. This place is phenominal. The sheer size of this place is enough to make you say wow. Their attention to detail and cleanliness cant be beat. David is great and worked to help us find the perfect size unit for our stuff. Once I get my business started im going to rent one of their fully furnished office spaces. Thank you Lifestorage.

I had to unexpectedly find a storage unit for my things. I did some research and bought a storage unit at the Bridgeview location of LifeStorage. I called ahead to get everything started and when I came in it was all ready. Nancy was very nice and helpful to my questions. The place itself is clean and easily accessible. Thank you for making this experience easier for an unexpected time.

Before they were taken over by Uncle Bobs they were nice. I told them I get paid the 22nd Wednesday off the month so I did. Now I get a $20 late fee every month. Even though when I got the new terms it said if you have special arrangements you can keep them , the Manager refused to believe me. Dont RENT from here.

I loved that the gentleman in the front office was so helpful, very nice, didnt take long to rent the space, he showed me the space, very pleased. The storage facility is very well kept, and love that you have a bay, with flatbeds. Will definitely recommend to my friends !!! Thank you Life Storage

I been renting space at this location for the past 3 yrs. It is an excellent in door storage facility with drive-in access. Dave the manager is very professional and will go the extra step to make you happy with your storage needs.

We have been at this LifeStorage for a few months now and its great! The drive in storage facility is very convenient and the office suites are perfect for our needs. The priceing is also very good for the services they provide.

Good internal environment, good Manager. Major issue all payments are due on the 1st of the month, late fees are $45.00. If you get paid after the 6th of the month you are in trouble. Its painful paying $45.00 for being late.
