Have been with this company for almost a year and half and have several units. I met Denise the first time and she was very pleasant and informative on all information and derails of everything pertaining to storage. She even helped in putting boxes in my car in which she didnt need my assistance. Just this past weekend I needed another unit to transfer my stuff from a different location. This time I met Carole, sweet lady, and she was with another customer. As I waited for her to finish with the customer she was just as polite and informative as she was with me over the phone when I had called. She helped me find a unit that was closer to the elevator since I would be doing some transferring, that was very nice of her. She even gave me some chocolate because of the waiting and patience. (I wasnt in a rush anyway) I recommend this place to everyone in need of storage. Affordable and climate controlled. No bad experience with people willing to help with your needs. Thank You!

Lidia i believe her name is. Was super cool. Made some jokes kept me entertained while i was filing out the paperwork. Also i called in before i went she trusted me without ever meeting and had my room readt. Since there was a big line she let me load up first. Once i was done the line was gone she gave me my lock n showed me how it works. I couldnt ask anything more. Havent done a yelp review in a while but some people deserve to be credited. I have been here a few times grabbing some things and she remembers my name and always says hi when she can.

Ive been a customer here at the Niles Public Storage for more years than I care to think about. The staff has always been pleasant. When the latest manager asked me to do a review, how could I refuse. Denise has been wonderful to work with. She always has a smiling greeting upon my arrival and kind words. She has been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had. Id like to say Im her favorite customer yet I have seen the same pleasant interaction between her and her other customers. She is a great asset to Public Storage.

I spend quite a bit of time working in my units. The facility is in generally good condition but the star of the show is Denise, the facility manager. She is friendly, service oriented and really knows the company and what she is talkiing about. People like Denise are serious assets to a company like this. And her demeanor is often just what a person going through a difficult time, and in need of storage, may find comforting. I recommend this facilty for your storage needs if only to let Denise guide you through the process.

Needed storage in a hurry, enough to store a 4 bedroom house and garage. I came to this location which was the closest for me. Unfortunately there was no large spaces available. The manager, Lydia was very nice and helpful to me. Even though she didnt have what I needed she took time to go through other locations near by and found me a couple of places with bigger spaces and called to make sure they were still available. Thank you so much Lydia for taking time to help me. Will recommend you and your location.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Carole was very helpful and timely during the whole process, from being greeted to handing me the keys for my storage spot. I am moving out next week and do not have enough space for my motocycle/other boxes. The facility is clean, plenty of parking in front, and has two very large dollys which make transporting all your things very easy. If you need extra space for storage and are near the area, Public Storage Nile, IL is an excellent choice.

God bless, Carole! She is an absolute doll! From the beginning, when we first got our storage unit to current, she has been helpful, kind and efficient, and she has a sense of humor. She advised us on the best unit that would meet our needs, and made suggestions for storage boxes and such. Carole is a five-star employee of Public Storage. It is a comfort to know she is there when we have questions or concerns; a familiar, friendly face.

Denise is attentive and accommodating. Denise explained everything clearly. Pleasant experience. Denise was the person who set me up with the storage unit. I just met Sue (12 June 2014) who is Denises colleague. I cannot say enough positive things about Sue, Denise and the Lehigh location. When one needs a storage unit is for a variety of reasons. I feel welcomed and am pleased with the service I have received.

Not too long ago I needed storage space and came to this location. Denise was the person who helped me with that and even suggested some items I would need for my stuff. I liked that she didnt force it on me. She handed me this card and asked if I would review her service ... which Ive forgotten about til now. Definitely recommend this place. I have been using this storage facility for quite some time. It is always clean, safe and well lit. My favorite employee is Denise. She has an incredible knowledge of the different units. When I needed to switch from one storage unit to another she easily guided me to the best choice for my needs. She is organized, friendly and efficient-she always calls me by name.

On visiting Public Storage today, we needed help in finding the location of the unit we wanted to enter (we have two) and the manager was very helpful. She directed us by personally taking us to the location and helping us to push a large box that we wanted to put into storage. She was so pleasant and helpful we thought you should know about it. I would like to give some recognition to Denise at this location. She was extremely helpful when I set up my account and also when I upgraded and moved to a larger unit. I pay my bill in person and she is always very friendly each time I go in. I hope PS appreciates the customer service she provides and helps her along in her career with the company.
