Was going to give this place rave reviews but sadly they are ridiculous. The staff is never around. When I came in to take care of a payment they said to wait until I moved out of the unit. I came to get my belongings. Nobody was here, though the sign said they were open and waited over an hour. My husband took a few hours off of work to help me. He had to leave because nobody was here and they changed our codes and put an extra lock on our unit even though we were told we had until 6pm today. So, now I have to load my car several times by myself, the staff still isnt here, so Im still waiting and have only an hour left until i have to get my 3 yr. Old. This is costing me extra daycare money, extra time and basically ensuring that i wont be able to make the cutoff time. It is noon and there is no remorse. No action, nothing. They are in the wrong. They cant do their jobs at all! And its a damn shame too because the units were nice.

If I could give this rating zero stars I would. I consider myself a relatively reasonable and reliable customer, but I have had ZERO positive experiences with this location. We have used the Clarksville location for over a year now and I have rarely been able to get in contact with the workers at their physical location, my calls always get transferred to their call center and they have rarely made an effort to contact me back. We have also set up automatic payments with them MULTIPLE times, yet they claim we have not set up auto payments and then proceed to charge us with late fees. I am so frustrated with this location, and I am ready to be out of their hands for good.

The employees here are incompetent and the place is a rip off. They raised my monthly rate by $17/ month in less than 2 years. I gave them my notice to vacate twice at the beginning of April. They called me in May saying I was late on my payment for the month. They then made me pay for the portion of May that had already elapsed because I hadnt let them know as I was leaving that I wouldnt be back (apparently they cant put the notice to vacate and me removing my boat from my parking space together). I was told by the employee who called me that she had never looked at the website and did not know the companys policies (which only require a notice to vacate).

While researching for a storage unit in Clarksville TN I heard about Simply Self Storage. I called for information and found them to be very knowledgeable and professional over the phone. This carried over on site we I went to view the unit. My experience was very professional and the customer service was refreshing. The unit appeared very clean and secure and the price is right. Thank you Simply Self Storage.

I needed storage super bad, and this place was a life saver! The property manager did everything she could to assist me with the moving process and even recommended the size unit I needed. The boxes they sell are super sturdy (My brother in-law dropped one) and kept my stuff protected in my truck. Couldnt be happier! Thanks Simply!

I have had multiple units at this location for over 2 years. Even through staffing changes, the staff on hand has always been gracious and helpful. I appreciate the current Management on site for always keeping the location clean, accessible, and over all availability to answer questions or take payments.

This was the worst service. I have tried to contact management for a month and can not get in touch. I was told I would receive a phone call from management and would get a credit for the next month before a payment came out. Neither of those things happened, very unprofessional.

Each time I have rented a unit, I have had a great experience. The ladies that I have dealt with are very nice. They have worked with me when ever times got stuff. They are very affordable and clean. I recommend Simply Storage.

Horrible service. Raise rates without justifying them. Their climate controlled units will ruin your stuff, even though they shouldnt per the guy I leased my unit with 3+ yrs ago. Im out lots of money and pricey furniture.

Simply the best storage facility I have used in Clarksville. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Its clean and secure, so I feel my stuff is always safe. I recommend them to anyone that asks me about a storage unit.
