I was very impressed for one with the up keep of the property and such great customer service from Greg he took his time and discuss my need of the right amount of space by taking inventory of what I was storing, he walked me to my unit showed me how to properly use the lock system that they have also how to use the gates. I really love it when I can get the one on one customer service and in my eyes he was rated to be the 5 star salesman THANK YOU Greg

Outstanding service. I was very impressed with public storage. Reserving a unit was very easy. The public storage on plantation road was great. Everything was in great shape and very secure. Greg was great, you can tell he takes pride in his job and it shows. He followed up with me twice, was very nice, and seems like a really honest guy. I really cant say enough good things about the whole experience.

Clean, safe surroundings, climate controlled. Easy access, plenty of carts. Parking could be better within the compound and I REALLY wish they would move the keypad post further back from the gate....too cumbersome to get in particularly if youre towing a trailer and you have to back up and theres a car behind you.....that really needs to be corrected. Other than that......great place and a great price.

Cherri helped me this afternoon. I needed a unit for January 2017. They had a 7.5x10 and I previously rented a 5x10 last year. I am moving out of my apartment in January, but due to the price they offered for the 7.5x10 I went ahead and rented it today! First month was only $1.00! Very friendly and fast service! Will always use this company for the future.

My experience was great...service - absolutely and the members were friendly, helpful and extra nice.... recommend this before any other storage unit I used in the past. The place was super clean and when I asked questions they gave me the answers (not some pre-prepared statement written by corporate) - down to earth answers and complete.

Staff is GREAT, I have had a unit since 2011 and since Public Storage took over my rates have gone up twice in the past year. Customer Service (Tiffany) states they will continue to go up every year as my rate is 6 dollars under the going rate.............NOT Expectable as I have been a long term customer, not good Customer Service.

Public Storage is an extremely clean and nice facility. The staff ...particularly Marie... could not have been more helpful in getting me set up with my own storage unit. I would highly recommend that anyone needing a storage facility to come and check out Public Storage locared behind Sears.
