Before our initial visit to Public Storage, LaQuana called and reminded us of our appointment she was very polite over the phone as well as in person keeping it very professional at all times we (Mr.Joseph and myself) was greeted with a smile when we walked through the door and once we got our storage space LaQuana explained everything to us explaining in detail what everything meant and letting us know if we had any questions or concerns we could refer them to her even after we were shown our original storage space and needed to change it she showed us a different space to suit our needs and everything worked out perfect i would highly recommend LaQuana to anyone whos thinking about storage and or buying shipping supplies because she would be happy to help you out and do it with a smile LaQuana keep up the excellent work your customer service skills are definitely over the top keep being the person you are and you will always succeed in whatever you do

I have had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences every time Ive been there. In particular, The manager(?) Tia, is especially pleasant. Shes always professional, courteous, greets me by name as Im walking through the door, and is always thoughtful enough to give me courtesy calls reminding me of upcoming deadlines, pymnts, ect. She definitely understands what good customer service means, and is a credit to that branch, and your company as a whole.

Delilah was great I went to public storage and was upset when I was informed that my $1 rental fee was forfeited due to a previous employee unprofessionally handling my reservation and giving me the proper information to receive the offer. However despite my anger Delilah made sure she accommodated me and her pleasant personality and professionalism was the only reason I came back in to continue my rental with public storage. Thank you again Delilah!

I just called to inquire about my unit Ive been renting from 2013. Never had a problem prior. I called and asked calmly and politely why was there a different lock and a green "Move in Store" tag placed on my locker. I was met with instant attitude. Very unprofessional responses. I asked to speak with a Manager she replies "I am the Manager." Just base off this customer service experience steer clear. Outright unprofessional as a so called Manager.

Delilah was GREAT! After making my reservation online, she called immediately and left a message to welcome me and to infrom of the hours of operation. The move-in day she called to confirm so that she would have my paper work ready. From start to finish she was very accommodating and friendly. Now this is what customer service suppose to be!!! I have to say the woman named Tia at public storage in griffith is awesome, she was extremely helpful and had all the answers for me. I definitely would recommend this public storage to anyone, or others and hopefully you get someone like her to help you !!! The storage units are great and great price. And very safe properties. Highly Recommend !!!

Delilah was very nice. She really helped me with my storage process. The only problem I had was that I wasnt informed about some of the fees when I had first called. Other than that, every thing went really well. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anybody. Great customer service from the time I got there until the time I left.

I rented about a week ago Raquel provided me with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE she was the best very friendly and polite. She made sure I got the correct size unit the unit I had reserved was too big she got me down to the correct size and saved me some money in my pocket.
