Code updates need to happen faster. This is an operation that is completed by a computer when you sign up at the storage facility. I punched in my code given to me on the computer and it kept beeping that no code existed. I called customer service, waited 20 minutes for an answer...the queue computer hung up on me, I called back and finally got a representative after another 20 minutes. Representative stated that it may take 24-48 hours for the computer to update. What??????? If this is to be an off site service, then the computer needs to update sooner. What a waste of my time.

Getting the initial storage unit was a little tricky because I was unfamiliar with the labeling but I called your customer service and they helped me out
