I recently replaced a 14 year old Ruud water heater which was undersized and giving us cold showers with a brand new Rheem 50 gal Professional Classic from Blue Sky Plumbing. I did not want to nickel and dime nursing an old unit that would be replaced soon anyway. I absolutely love the new water heater! It definitely delivers and then some. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT OR LOWES! Their water heaters are junk. Blue Sky Plumbing did me right on this investment. Danny was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. He was very efficient and got the job done right! The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5-star rating was that they did come an hour and half after their assigned time window due to someone at their office shuffling the paperwork. They did make up for it by Dannys coming out that evening to get the job done and by kicking in the 6-year parts and labor warranty as well as assist me with another minor plumbing issue! So they definitely made it right. Dannys awesome, Angela was very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Sky Plumbing for water heaters or any other plumbing needs! Thank you Blue Sky!

The BBB has them rated A+ and the reviews about the company were 5 star and people commented that Danny were great. I disagree. $175 for running an auger twices in a toilet which took a total of 5 minutes is ridiculous. As soon as I questioned the price, he dropped it by $50. (RED FLAG) When I asked how much to replace a toilet, I was quoted a price of $695. (ANOTHER RED FLAG)Dont want a silver lined one. Danny likes to lecture worse case scenarios. He uses scare tactics to get you to fix things so he can over charge you. He said I needed to replace the toilet because there was no way to get rid of the urine crystals without using "special" acid. Vinegar must be the "special" acid because it was coming off in chunks and all I did was drain the water in the bowl, pour vinegar in and let it sit. These are the companies that Channel 9 reports about.

This company is phenomenal. In addition to being highly competent, all employees are complete professionals in every way. They are a friendly, thorough, fair and respectful company and a delight to do business with. We contracted with them to perform a complete repipe of our home and were amazed at the quality of their work. Our two story layout with various ceiling/roof angles presented some real challenges, however, they completed the job beautifully. Furthermore, their drywall technician is the best I have ever seen. As an ex-insurance adjuster who has previously been involved in virtually every facet of home construction, this plumbing and drywall job far exceeded my expectations. I am done searching for a good plumbing company and will only contact Blue Sky for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend their services.

A failed shower valve with no hot water that I was unable to extract myself prompted my call to Blue Sky Plumbing. Responsive to my apprehension of the possible costs, the operator immediately located a tech who provided the best and worst case scenarios over the phone. Danny, the plumber who came to the house, was courteous and professional, and clearly enjoyed the challenges of his work. He successfully extracted and replaced the shower valve, and then charged a lower price than the best case scenario based on the time the repair took. I greatly appreciate the honesty and superb customer service of Danny and the entire staff, and would highly recommend them.

It was a Saturday around noon and all hell broke lose.Toilets,showers and sinks backed up,Water/sewage everywhere. I called some of the bigger companies around and they didnt have time or the people to help my family and me.I Call Blue Sky and Tylor picked up the phone in a attic working on something major elsewhere,but insured me he would be there. He showed up and knocked the problem out in flash. For a small company,If their employees are this dedicated to help families like mine.All i can say is there hired! every time i need a plumber our just some advice? Im calling Blue Sky. Did yall know that Santa wears a Blue Sky uniform?! Christmas morning started out with water backing up into the bathtubs and toilets for us. After a quick call to our favorite plumbers (who have always been amazing with every call) Danny came out and got to work! He was kind, quick, and professional! He was determined to fix the issue and even got it all done before our family showed up! We will ALWAYS call Blue Sky first for any plumbing issues. My toilets were bubbling and we couldnt use any toilet or shower in the house. Danny Klaas came the same day that we needed him and in the time frame that we were available. It was after hours. He knew quickly what to look for and resolved the issue. It was affordable and he offered suggestions on how to prevent further issues. He couldnt have been any more professional or nice. Monday, Labor Day at 9:00 p.m., I was in desperate need of a plumber. I called multiple "24 Hour" plumbing companies and either got voice mail or no answer. I called Blue Sky and it was answered! I spoke to their Technician, Tyler, explained the situation and he was at my house within an hour. As far as I am concerned, Blue Sky will be my plumbing company from now on and will recommend them to any one that will listen.

Called a few different companies with no luck after two weeks of trying. Finally someone recommended Blue Sky, thank God, within an hour found the problem and had things up and running again.
