From start to finish, they were great to work with. Shane was the plumber that came to the house and he was professional, personable, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me. I was given options and the pros/cons of each. Id priced other services and they seemed to offer the best value overall. To me, this is exactly how this type of business should be run. Im hoping that I dont have to call them anytime soon...but I have no problems recommending them to everyone else.

Called 7:30pm for a sewage-flooded bathroom, due to a clogged/backed-up main sewer line. Its our ONLY bathroom and the water went out into the hall. First the answering service had no idea what time I might get a call, or whether they took credit cards. Then I got a call back saying that they couldnt come out til 2pm the next day. Maybe you should change your name from Plumbing911 to PlumbingWheneverWeFeelLikeIt ?
