The office manager of 14-15 years threaten to call the cops on me when I came to the office to resolve a simple miss communication error. I wish she would have called them so she could have received a citation for wasting an officers time without merit. I stayed quite as she went on her rants. Thats how you treat a customer who just paid for service? I never had to work so hard on a conflict resolution when Im the customer. They prejudge their customers, make assumptions, and dont listen. The problem was simple. Once the service man arrived to try an unclog my plumbing I requested for him to pump my tank while he was out here. He wasnt able to do so because he was in the wrong service truck. So therefore I had to pay him a service charge for just coming out and not fixing my issue or pumping my tank. To send the pump truck out would cost the additional 195.00 for a same day service within 30mins of each other. The service guy informed me that he works on commission. SO thats all he cared about. Why didnt they send the right truck to begin with? I had confirmed with the office manager before they came out that I was unaware of the exact problem. I asked if the service person will be able to pump the tank if needed. She said yes but she sent the wrong truck which is unable to pump my tank and now I have to pay 195.00 on top of the 72.00 fee for a wasted service truck that was unable to do anything. Of course I called another company. If she would have sent the right truck I would only have to pay the 195.00 for the pumping service. Price gouging is what this location does for sure. After they take advantage of you they shake their hands clean of you and say they dont want you back. Call a different Roto-Rooter location or company but steer away from this one. I guarantee you their business hasnt grown in years and never will with their rudeness and inability to listen after taking your money. Rip off location for sure. I the customer is suppose to pay for each truck that comes out when I initially requested a person to unclog my plumbing and pump my tank.

I have used this service many times with no problems. This time was a disaster. The after hour serviceman refused to go out to my rental citing that a broken shower with non stop running water was not an emergency since the house wasnt flooding. He also wouldnt go since my tennant couldnt tell him exactly what type of faucet it was. I was able to find another plumber who went out and immediately fixed the Moen faucet at a reasonable cost. I will be using the new plumber from now on.

The technician that came out to the house was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was even educated because I had some odd questions and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing and septic needs!

First off, I love Deanna in the office. She was very friendly and really knows what she is talking about. Then the men that came to replace my sump pump were fun, friendly and fast! The men really knew what they were doing and seemed to really strangely enjoy their job! I cant believe that I actually enjoyed my experience with my septic!!

This place is trash, having them to not deliver on their promise of resolving your issue is one thing, but you have to pay for them to come back out and fix a problem they caused, dont spend anytime with this joke of a company, this place is just sad, and any positive post have to be fake, these folks are the worst!!!

Very happy with my service. All staff were fast, friendly, caring and helpful. Price was reasonable, Allen and the two men that came out we right on top of things. Couldnt ask for better service and will be calling Allen and his crew to come back out in the near future. Thank you DeLand crew.
