We are going through a process here. Maybe we have a slab leak, maybe we do not and it is something else. Only reason for the 4 Star rating, because all we actually know its there is a problem. Today, the new toilet to replace the ,60+ year original version was installed and the MB sliding toilet problem addressed. We were happy with the work and solutions proposed. Hall bath has a functional fixture, MB fixed up probably as much as possible. Pleased with the care and workmanship. Estimator came out on the slab leak issue. I think every other company would be talking slab jackhammer and massive destruction, not to mention the $$$. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what is actually happening. We will be continuing this process with them. I have to say that this business impresses me on multiple levels. There is no sense of anyone trying to jack up charges. The plumbers and helpers try diligently to complete work within the hourly rate. For us, this means we get some little bonus fixes such as a leaky faucet if they finish the original problem quickly. Everyone we have had here has been sweet, competent, and willing to have the little old lady in residence saying, "well, since you are here...." Works for me! Edit. The company sent one of their technicians out, to further diagnose the issue. He pulled the MB toilet, and discovered the flange was broken. Since this toilet was repaired just a couple months ago, he seemed to think the original plumber may have missed something. Flange and service call were completed at no charge to us and the leaking issue appears to be completely resolved. So, again, I highly recommend these guys. If they dont get it right the first time, they fix it.

Recently bought a house and noticed a leak that our inspector said was no longer an issue. I called Turner Plumbing as soon as they opened and spoke to the young lady who informed me that they may be able to fit me in the late afternoon. Slightly discouraged I agreed to the appointment. About an hour later she called me back and said that they had an opening and could have someone there within a half hour. I was ecstatic and quickly obliged to the new time. Right on time, Mac showed up and quickly started examining the issue. He was able to address the problem within the first 10 minutes and devised a plan for the fix. As he worked on the original issue I noticed a leak from my kitchen sink. Again, he quickly identified the issue as being a poorly removed reverse osmosis system and refitted my under sink plumbing. While in the kitchen Mac noticed a second water line running to the refrigerator hook up. He had an idea that the reason for this is because the house was plumbed backwards. He checked the water heater and confirmed his suspicions. He then walked every faucet in my house to verify that they were at least working in the proper fashion. In addition to this, Mac gave me some amazing information about the irrigation system and the associated check valve. He explained why it was there and the upcoming testing requirements from JEA. Mac was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only will I call Turner Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs but I WILL be requesting they send Mac.

Absolutely first class!! I am now enjoying a brand new Master Bathroom and a totally remodeled Laundry Room thanks to these professionals. It was as if Kendal and Carla initially climbed into my head, saw my vision, and turned it into reality! I have worked with many contractors over the years, but none as good as Turner. Kendal, my Project Manger, kept me informed daily of what was taking place, and what would be taking place the next day, she never missed a beat. She came to the house every day, sometimes more than once, to check with the workers and with me. If she said something was going to happen at a certain time, it did. It was wonderful having a Project Manager so invested in my job satisfaction. I want to personally thank, Eric, James, Ben, and David (hope I havent forgotten anyone); always on time, professional, pleasant, and perpetual positive attitudes about the job. Whatever they did, it was right the first time, and always done with a smile. And, they are the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with!! Turners subcontractors were just as professional, always on time with first-rate work. The bottom line - on schedule, on budget, great to work with; Turner Plumbing is a 5-star winner!

My family and I moved to Jacksonville about three months ago. We have had several plumbing issues in our home including 2 sewer main clogs and a slab leak. Turner Plumbing was quick to respond in each situation providing friendly and quality work in our home. Most recently, we noticed water coming in under my daughters room and in the bathroom. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. After calling Turner, they arrived at my home an hour later diagnosing the problem and giving us a couple of different solutions for repair. We opted to replumb the entire home through the attic, rather than waiting for another copper pipe under the slab to burst, and flood. Luli and multiple other team members got started bright and early Tuesday morning, and had our water back on by Thursday afternoon. They really did a terrific job and explained everything they were doing as they went along. After having to make multiple holes in walls and tile throughout the house to reroute pipes, Turner had those repairs done quickly, so that our home was back to normal by Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Turner Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are quick, efficient, reliable and do great work. Terrific company!!

Superb, professional in every way - Turner Plumbing is the finest entity with which I have ever dealt. Honesty and integrity infused every aspect of the re-piping project done at my home March 17, 18, 21. 22 and 23rd 2016. The bid submitted by Buzz Turner on March 1st was solid - ie, even though an unexpected second leak was found from my home to the street which entailed extra work. Each person I met/talked with was knowledgeable and courteous, starting with Mr Turner...Carrie and Lisa answered my many calls/questions patiently! The men who came to my home were on-time and always both pleasant and professional: Chris Herbst and Matthew, James, David, Jordan and Tyler came to do the piping. Afterward, John - who did tile replacement, Daniel who did electrical work and, finally, Charlie Miller who did the drywall...all were courteous and arrived at their appointed times. In conclusion, I appreciated my experience with this company: it could not have been better.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. I noticed he was careful to put a tarp down in the bathroom before working to avoid spills and tracking dirt on the floor which I appreciated. He also had the approach of a teacher rather than a salesman as he clearly explained the problem with my faucet and told me how to get the part I needed. He then said he would be happy to take care of all of it or if I wanted to buy and replace it myself I could do so, but he gave me the information and let ME decide which I appreciated. He also took the time to answer some questions I had and gave me advice on other potential issues I raised. He only charged me for the time he was there which wasnt long since the problem turned out to be very minor. I will definitely be using Turner Plumbing for my future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others after this experience!
