I work for 7 Star Realty Inc. and we had a property that needed to be serviced and inspected by a specific date. The company we had scheduled initially had several scheduling issues and equipment malfunctions. We were on the last day to get the inspection done and honestly I was in a bit of a panic. I was referred to Darrell Crews Septic by a large well known provider of similar services because I needed it done immediately. They were friendly and professional, were able to accommodate us on the day I called. They not only gave us a thirty minute window when they would be there but also called to let us know the driver was on his way. We received the written inspection within twenty four hours and would highly recommend Darrel Crews Septic to anyone needing their services.

I will definitely be calling them again. Lawrence and Red were absolutely FANTASTIC! Thank you guys! they were very prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Lawrence and Red went above and beyond to help me with my tank, they worked around a little trouble with a plant that was on the way and with unclogging the pipe. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the company for being so prompt. I called them mid-morning and they advised me they were very busy, but would have someone out to my property by the afternoon, and they actually showed up just after Noon. I cant say enough about Darrell Crews and their staff...After finding out (the hard way) that we were on septic and not city sewer, I frantically called around town to have someone come out and pump it for us. The team at Darrell Crews not only said they could do it, they showed up within an hour and a half of my call. They were EXTREMELY professional about everything. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them for me. They even took me through the whole process as they worked. I really cant say enough good things about the quality of work and the staff. As long as I am on septic, Darrell Crews has my business. Thanks guys!

Called them on Saturday am about 8:30am and left message. They called back within the hour and at our house 2 hours later. John and Forrest were very professional and experienced in finding, opening and pumping our septic tank. I asked for a price range on the phone and it actually turned out to be less when the job was completed! They did a terrific job and we are thrilled. They gave us some pointers on how often to have it pumped so we dont have this issue again and recommended a product to purchase at the hardware store to keep our drain field clear of tree roots. Extremely nice men would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! I called at 9:00 am and was told they would not be able to come until noon the next day. About 12:30 the same day I got a call saying "they would be here in 20 minutes"!! They arrived promptly and got right to it. The crew of Lawrence and Jonathan were very knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Their professionalism and skill was amazing and a great reflection on an outstanding company. I dont normally write reviews but I had to take the time to do so. I was blown away from the start. Mr. Darell was very polite on the phone and addressed my issues with concern. He did not hesitate to send someone out to evaluate the problems I stated. Lawrence, Nick and Forest are more than awesome and it was a true pleasure meeting each of them. Five stars is still an underscore in regards to the professionalism, politeness, sense of humor and humbleness these men display. Called on Sunday and came out the next day, They pumped out my tank for $100 less than the phone quote. Found out that the field line coming out of the tank was crushed . which they helped me dig up. They told me how to repair and flush the field and get my system back to working properly. I had just bought the home and money was tight, so I did as they explained and got the piping to fix it at home depot. had it repaired in about 2 hours and it is working well... Thanks again for all the help

these folks were great! i had initially contacted another company and had an appointment but they were a no call no show, i called darrell crews and they were able to get a truck out that same evening and take care of my issue they gave me a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival and were exceptional polite and helpful in answering questions. i will definitely use these folks and suggest their business to friends!

Arrived exactly on time 8am! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Did a great job with all the obstacles that they faced due to the location of the tank and lids on tank. I am extremely happy with the job they did, the upfront honesty and fair pricing! Even my 11 month old grandbaby liked these 2 Men. I manage several large communities and needed to have a large tank pumped out. They did an extremely good job and the price was the lowest of the several bids that I took for the contract. Our driver, Lawrence Campbell, and his helper, Nic, were super helpful and did a great job figuring out the problem and getting it fixed quickly. They had all the equipment with them and got the job done right! They also taught me a lot about how to maintain my system to prevent problems in the future. Lawrence and his associate arrived on time and were faced with the worst prospect they could imagine - 30 years worth of roots on top of the tank. Lawrence said there are other companies that would have picked up and left, but they soldiered on. What should have been a 45 minute job ran 3 hours. I cannot praise that crew and the Darrell Crews Company enough
