First, I have never, ever posted a review. Probably a great plumber, Ill never know. John was too rude, condescending, and disrespectful on the 2 minute 37 second phone encounter to desire anything more from this company. I now know I am "making my problem far more confusing than it actually is" and my " logic of the problem is very difficult to follow". This is probably a case of a great tradesman being a very bad customer service person. Dealing with the public takes real skill. I could never talk to people in this fashion in my employ and remain successful. I will spend my consumer dollars elsewhere.

Ive used Brecksville Plumbing for rental properties and my personal home and for everything from bathroom remodels to hot water tank replacements to leaking pipe replacements. Ive continued to return because I feel the work is quality, complete and not rushed (its done right). I dont typically post comments but having read the other posts I felt it neccesary to contribute.

Such a pleasant company to deal with. I have used them for my home for many years. Leaves his work area spotless. Nice to use a local company that is also a member of my church, St. Basil.
