I called for service, I had a very small and simple service for my rental unit, I ask the person who answer the phone , what is it going to cost if they had to change the whole parts of the shower handel, she said if it is moien, that we have on us it be 125 ,I then emailed them the pic of what was broken , tech, was in and out less than 7 minutes, he said he just changed the plastic handel ,sin everything else was in place and no need to change all componanets, I figure thats messed up ,if I am getting charged for whole new part ,they should not only change the 5 dollar plastic,but thats not the worse part, I had a 25 dollar off service from there own website, the tech called me saying after discount be 145, I said what are you talking about , not only you didnt change the whole part and just the 5 dollar plastic handel, but now you want squess extra 40 bucks out of me, after arguing for 5 minutes or so he said okay I charge you 115 dollars, I said you guys got me ,so I have no choice I guess, I left 2 email to company , they never respond back and did there 115 charge, so I absulitlly dont recomend this company ,even though they come out in 3 to 4 hpurs, but I guess if you are a crook company you rush to screw people, watch out get then to give you free quote and shop around, IT IS NOT THE MONEY, IT IS THE PRINCIPAL AND THEY HAVE NO CODE OF ETHICS OR KNOW WHATS A RIGHT THING TO DO, SO I GUESS I DESERVE TO TELL MY STORY FOR LOOSING A 15 DOLLAR ,BUT ORIGINALLY TRY TO GET ME FOR 40 MORE, I SAID MY PEACE ,YOU DECIDE

Called them to have an estimate done on my home and they set the date to come out but never showed up and didnt call to say they werent coming. A few days pass and the owner calls me to apologize saying there was a mix up with my number and asked if they could come out and still do the estimate, I said ok giving them the benefit of the doubt but the day the owner rescheduled for came and went and once again no call no show. Worst experience with a so called professional company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend to anyone because if they cant show up to do an estimate how can you expect them to show up on time to do the work or even show up at all. I waited both days for them to arrive, what a waste of my time.

I had these guys re-pipe my house for over $3000 and it has been a nightmare for a month now. They did not install the water fixture correctly which created a slow leak in the kitchen behind the cabinets for over a week. They admitted it was their mistake. They they sent a company to put in 6 fans and 2 dehumidifiers which blew dust all over my house. I now have no kitchen floor because of the water damage and there are still leaks from what they said they know how to install, water line to the refirig, dish washer and reverse osmosis water system... ALL STILL LEAK after being out here to fix it 4-5 times including twice that took all day. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE. I HAVE PICTURES BUT CAN NOT POST THEM.

After another company misdiagnosed my SLAB LEAK as a dead water heater, I called A1 on recommendation by a co-worker. In addition to A1 being A THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than the re-plumbing estimate by the "water heater guys" (AFTER they replaced my working heater!), A1 did....just an extraordinary job. They were super professional -- "clinical" even -- in their execution of the massive surgery that is a home re-plumbing. Every member of their team had a specific job, worked with precision, and used best quality materials and finish. A home re-plumbing is a REALLY traumatic experience for any home-owner. Through this, Ill tell you, I couldnt be happier. Hire these guys! Youll be glad you did, too.

Not very honorable when it comes to servicing a warranty claim. They claim top notch work but I had two leaks around the same area in less than 2 years after the work was completed. The sad part was they wanted to charge me for a small piece of sheet rock rather than just leaving everything nice and clean. I would have paid for it but the owner expressed no care or concern for customer satisfaction after I expressed my disappointment. I do not recommend A1 Svc Plumbing. Mike responded nonchalantly when I stated I would never use them for future work nor would I recommend them to anyone ever - he just doesnt care once the money is in his account.

Outstanding Plumber-Honest, Prompt and Friendly. I had a great experience with A1 Service Plumbing. They are family owned and have been around since the 1950s. They were on time and did an outstanding job installing our new kitchen faucet and disposal. They also fixed a shower leak for us. There was not any high pressure to be upsold from the plumber which was a breath of fresh air. They were also very neat and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am highly recommending A1 Service Plumbing.

We installed a new irrigation line to feed the back of our property. When running the irrigation it seemed that the well pump was shut on and off too often. Michael with A-1 Service Plumbing came out to my house and investigated and determined that the bladder tank needed to have more air pressure. We added air to the tank and the system is working great now. Michael at A-1 did this as a free diagnostic call. I would HIGHLY recommend A-1 Service Plumbing!!! Gina Apopka Florida

These guys charged me $100 just to come out and unclog my sink by opening up my garbage disposal system with a tiny $1 tool that I could have got myself! They told me they charge $38 an hour and the crook wasnt in my house for more than 30 mins!

we had a leak under the bathroom sink over the weekend, they were available to come out and the only company that answered on the weekend. we had Fred come to our home and he did a great job, friendly, fast and professional!
