I called Aldridge because I wasnt happy with the company my home warranty provider sent out. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and provided quick service. Had my hot water heater replaced, and they gave me a fair price and quick installation. Billy also walked me through other potential options, and was just as open to not recommending a system as to recommend what was best for my living conditions. Also checked out my water softener, and confirmed it was working properly - at no extra charge. Ill do business again with this local, family run business.

***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300. For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS! So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!? "Yes." he said. And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300 NEVER USE THEM!!! Beware!!!

I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison. Aldridge and Sons Plumbing has done work on a older home we have off San Jose and have been excellent. They let you know up front what the cost will be and then provide excellent work and service. If you have any issues with anything, Bill will often address it himself and the issues are taken care of right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldnt fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldnt get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

i had Aldridge plumbing they did a real good job repiping my home.in 6/28/2016 i had galvanize pipes low water pressure .now i have cpvc pipes now. i have great water pressure. they were very good on price and installation. Bill the owner was great. there are the real deal . i would highly recommend them to do your plumbing needs .thank you Bill and your guys now im enjoying my home again. so call Bill at Aldridge plumbing you wont be disappointed.
