We realized this morning that the sump pump in the basement was not working properly, constantly running and hot, so began calling plumbing contractors in the Mentor area. After calling 4 different companies and leaving voicemails for them all stating needed services ASAP, only hearing back from 1 of them by the end of the same day, finally called Thrifty Plumbing and Harry actually answered the phone and listened to our needs then was at our house about an hour later to inspect the sump pump determining it was bad and immediately installed a new one. His pricing was competitive, very professional and reliable. We are new to the area and didnt have a plumber as no need until today, BUT now we have a plumber to call!! Thanks for your good work, Harry and Thrifty Plumbing.

Superior service with a smile at a reasonable price! I was very happy with the service at my own home, and when my elderly parents had a problem in their home the following week, I promptly hired Thrifty for the job. Harry was prompt, helpful and went above and beyond, making calls to Customer Service to see if their product was still under warranty for replacement. Its nice to know that there are honest and reliable people out there when you need help! :) Ten Stars!!! (even though only five are available on this site)

I hired Thrifty Plumbing back in 2006 for a toilet my son used as a micro-machine cemetery. Not only was the work done quicker than expected, the clean up looked like he was never even there, and it saved me a bunch of $. He also provided me a coupon with thank you letter which I held on to and ended up using a couple years later after my pipes froze when my heater broke dead of winter. Thrifty Plumbing has done work for me on a couple occasions. The work has been done well, the cost was as quoted and reasonable, and the work was done efficiently. One time I called him about my garbage disposal and he told me what to do to fix it myself. No charge. I am a completely satisfied customer!
