We had a plumbing issue where the lawn mower damaged the water supply into the house. I called and left a message with Jim Secretan Plumbing. I made a few other calls and a large service company (RR) promised to be out in an hour. Well in the meantime Jim called back. I told him that he was my first choice but this other company was on the way. He called back and the large service company had not arrived in the promised time and he was just around the corner. Jim was pleasant and fixed not only the one leak but a secondary one he found during the repair. My husband thought he was great and told me that you could tell that Jim had been in the business a long time because he really knew what he was doing. He arrived quickly and as promised, he rapidly fixed the water supply to the house and his price was very reasonable. I am going to tell all my neighbors and friends to use Jim because he is serviceman that you can rely on.

Mr. Secretan is the only plumber I call upon. When we moved, I searched high and low for his contact information because he is that good. He is prompt, professional and polite. Honesty is his middle name. For a friendly man who does a plumbing job right the first time, Jim Secretan is the most highly recommended! A MILLION STARS!
