FANTASTIC plumbing company. All Property Managers know how hard it is to find honest, professional contractors to depend on 24/7, 365 days of the year. Good landlords want to provide their tenants the very best service and most plumbing issues need to be addressed immediately. After working with All City Plumbing for over 10 years, I can say that they are our #1 business partner and have never let us down in a pinch. It’s refreshing to find a great plumber with a small business feel, but with a large company sense of professionalism, customer service, and fair pricing. Now, if only I could find a trustworthy, dependable handyman!!

Do not hire these people. A rep from their company named Kenny B... told me the cast iron drain pipe under my house had a large crack in it, and said to fix it, hed charge between 600 and 700 dollars. Upon futher investigation by myself and another plumbing company, we found a PVC pipe that connects to the drain was obviously disconnected. It was just laying on the ground. There were no leaks or cracks in any pipes. The only problem was the pipe had come loose during construction of a new addition. This guy is a crook and hed better never step foot on my property again.

All City Plumbing is a great company to work with! I called after noticing a leak behind my washing machine. Kenny worked with my schedule and had it fixed in less than an hour. I had additional work done, and they ordered the parts, and they worked with me yet again on my schedule. Very reasonably priced, and they explain the issues and can go over costs beforehand so youre not surprised with the bill. They are also very responsive, and do excellent work. I would use them again tomorrow, and recommend to all my family and friends.

Kenny B had some people a few years ago install new showers for us. Ever since then weve had a leak obviously caused by the showers not being installed properly. Every time we call him out here to look at/fix the leak he acts like its something new, comes up with some bullshit lame excuse, fixes something that doesnt need to be fixed, charges us money and leaves. He wont fix it. Hes a god damned crook, stay away from him and report him to the BBB.

As a property manager and maintenance manager I tend to appreciate good service and a good work ethic. These folks are the best in the business! Great service, good communication, and super work done right. You absolutely cannot go wrong with All City!

Julie This company is the best--saw their truck on a side road, asked them about coming out to do work and they were out the next day. They did the job quickly and were very reasonably priced! Kudos!
