My water heater started having staying lit and lighting up again after it warmed the water to desired temperature. I called My Plumber and they sent someone over. He looked at the water heater for less than 5 minutes, didnt bother taking the burner out or anything. He saw that the water heater was 9 years old and told me that I needed an entire new water heater and gave me a quote for $975.00 I asked him what was wrong with it and he told me "The control panel and cpu just give after a certain amount of time" He didnt even need to say "Cpu" for me to realize he was completely and entirely trying to scam me. I ended up fixing the water heater myself by replacing the thermostat and thermocouple for less than $50.00 Would not recommend these scumbags. Response to owner: You didnt charge me anything because you didnt do anything, thats not the problem here. Id expect that you didnt immediately start work on a water heater without notifying the owner what needs to be replaced, not sure how that "saves me money". I also was not rude, I called with the intention of letting YOU know what happened as a result of your service. Your attempt to justify what happened here and then hanging up on me was what encouraged me to right a negative review. I think youve made it clear what kind of company this is with your vote manipulation and ignorant responses to complaints. (Seriously, you gave yourself a 5 star review?) This is what happens when you treat your customers like dogs. Also, to anyone reading this, My Plumber Inc pays their technicians based on the sales they have made which encourages them to wrack up bills as high as possible.

My Plumber came highly recommended and they didnt disappoint me. I talked to another plumber who said that he didnt have the equipment that he thought he needed based on my issues. I got a recommendation from a friend for another plumber---- My Plumber. I talked to the owner a week ago about my clogged shower, toilet, and sink. He didnt have any openings and suggested I call someone else. I said that I would wait since it was a second floor bathroom issue. I am glad I waited. My Plumber fixed the issue in under an hour at a reasonable price and I have a free flowing plumbing system. Yep, I will call My Plumber again!

My hot water tank had a leak by the drain valve. I called My Plumber and was able to get estimates from Dan right away. We set up an appointment for 5:00, but someone was able to come out earlier. Charlie was very professional and knowledgable. He got right to work and was able to replace the drain valve. I was impressed with the great service. I will contact My Plumber again when needed and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you!

My sump pump stopped working and the basement flooded. The hot water tank would not work after I cleaned up. Charlie came out quickly and got the tank working again Have to get that backup sump pump. Thank you Charlie!
