I couldnt be happier with the results from Shamrock Plumbing! I woke up at 7AM on Tuesday to find my utility room carpets flooded and standing water on the floor. The sound of flowing water was obviously coming from where the floor joined the wall. I tried to locate and stop the leak by cutting into my drywall in several locations, but it was clear that the leak was coming from underneath. My only choice at that point was to cut off the main water supply to the house. Shamrock plumbing responded to my in-the-slab water supply leak immediately with a plumbing professional at my door shortly after lunch. No other plumbing company that I called was able to be as responsive. My home was built in 1973 and the original copper pipes were finally failing. My choice was to have the tile and concrete slab jack-hammered away and a spot repair done (with risk of another failure in the old plumbing), or to have the whole house re-piped with modern, guaranteed materials. Before leaving, they installed a spigot and shut-off valve to allow me to have a way to have water directly from the source shunting my homes failed plumbing out of the circuit. I chose to re-pipe and, on that Friday, the Shamrock crew started my re-pipe operation for 2 regular baths, one outdoor shower (pool), kitchen, 4 hose bibs and my master bath that had 2 shower valves, 2 Jacuzzi bath valves, sink, commode and bidet! They took care of all the permits, communicating with me over email to get the documents completed and filed. The crew completed the re-pipe with a successful pressure test by 7:30 PM. The crew cleaned up very well and were friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. It was a long day for all of us, but the results were excellent. The drywall crew called me first thing the following Monday. I asked them to schedule their work for the following week and they were more than willing to accommodate me. Their work was excellent as well and they were done repairing holes and re-texturing my walls to match the existing texture by Noon the same day! Shamrock delivered excellent service and good value for my money by staying in contact, being on time and delivering excellent work. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Omg!! Where do I start ??? Awful !!! Very disappointed . I lived in NY and needed a plumber for my house in Orlando Fl . I Googled of course and out of hundreds of company choose Shamrock Plumbing because of the 4.9 STARS REVIEW. WHAT A JOKE!! I called spoke to Patricia very nice lady ,excellent customer service, just sweet and on point. Told her about my clog kitchen sink issues, she immediately set up an appointment for a plumber to come the very next day .. Me, I FELT REALLY GREAT ABOUT MY CHOICE ALL CONFIDENT AND HAPPY . Next day technician arrived promptly at around 1pm or so , he call me told me the price I told him go ahead and do the work ... he said ok , 1 hr later after no phone call I call him , then he told me , he is NOT ABLE TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE HE IS NOT FULLY EQUIPED ... WHAT ??? No I need a longer cable , I only came with short ones. Well ok?? How can someone show up to work as a certified plumber , knowingly you have to clear a clog and didnt have the correct tool ??? beats me !! . So he left with the promised of having a new technician out the next day fully equipped ... I call like again spoke to Patricia , she told me someone will be out the next day between the hrs 12-4pm at 4:20 Victor arrived ... said it will cost $485 BECAUSE THE SINK PIPE HAS DUCK TAPE ON IT AND HAS THE REPLACE somethings, No PROBLEM , Just do it my husband and I both got on the phone and told him to do it ... 5 MINS LATER PHONE CALL .. Victor said it seems like it will rain I cant do it .. BYE ... VICTOR !!! I Know its Friday afternoon and this was about 4:45 pm if you wanted to go home you should have before lying and say to Mark (your boss) that my husband didnt wanted you to do the work because of pricing . Money was never the issue.. You dont like your job , Just Quit !!! Mark of course believed the Technician. 2 unprofessional Technicians came out without doing the work excuses after excuses .. You be the Judge !! Beware!

Had a leaky sink for about a week and tried to have a local handyman repair it. It went from bad to worse so I decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. I checked out our local community Facebook page and noticed several neighbors gave Shamrock plumbing great reviews so decided to give them a call. A very friendly gentleman answered the phone and immediately made me feel good about my decision in calling them. Turned out it was the owner of the company. He offered to have someone out that afternoon but due to my schedule I asked for the next morning. I liked that he not only confirmed the timeframe that he would be there, but gave me the name of who to expect. The next morning my plumber arrived right on time. Took a look and gave me an estimate prior to proceeding. The work was completed in a timely manner and the area was left clean. He even fixed our drain plugs that popped out for us. Shortly after he left I went in to place things back under the sink and noticed wetness again. There was a barely visible drop coming periodically from the back pipe. I called the office back and they said they would send him right away. Within ten minutes he was back at my door and tightened the connection. All in all a great experience. I would definitely contact them again for our plumbing needs.

I had an under-slab leak in my hot water line - right in the middle of my kitchen. My regular plumber and The Leak Doctor both advised it would be only a matter of time before another leak due to the age of the copper plumbing. It just didnt make sense to tear up my kitchen only to have another leak somewhere else. Shamrock was recommended as a good company to use for re-plumbing my home. As anyone who has ever had a plumbing emergency knows you dont have the time to do a lot of research about various companies so I felt very fortunate to have a recommendation -- but until the work is actually done, one cant truly know the quality of the work. Shamrock responded quickly when I called. The workers who did the re pipe were efficient, careful and considerate of how to accomplish the job with the least amount of disturbance to my home and.the work was definitely high quality. Even when they thought they were finished and discovered another problem while testing the system, everything was done to my satisfaction and the clean up after the work was excellent. I hope I never have to replumb a home again but if I did I would most certainly use and recommend Shamrock plumbing.

Mark was one of several contractors that called, but he was the only one to come to the house in the same day. I instantly liked and trusted Mark. His price was very reasonable (had two other bids over the phone). I was most impressed with his installation crew as they were timely, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. They repiped the entire house in about 6 hours. The quality of the workmanship was excellent to include the dry wallers. Additionally, Mark took care of a special need I desired regarding the plumbing. This required him to return to my house several times to ensure that the job was done correctly and with quality workmanship. He did this each and every time with a positive attitude and with a smile on his face. Mark and his crew also helped me move cement stairs in the back yard which was well above and beyond the scope of this job. In fact, we were unable to move the steps at first, but Mark kept at it until we finally accomplished the feat. I could go on, but let me just say that I would not hesitate to use Mark again with any plumbing services I might need. I felt that Mark treated me like a member of his family.
