Be very careful dealing with this company. I have repeatedly requested an itemized statement for the work done at my house. Found the part at Home Depot x2 for 39 dollars. I was charged 93 dollars each per the technician that came to my house. So I investigated. I was never told the part number or the wholesale company name where they got the part. I can understand a reasonable mark up. What I was told and charged was a big scam. The 50 dollar off senior citizen coupon--another big scam. I was never given an estimate before the work was done. After the work was done, I was given nothing in writing. Was told to call the office in the morning, which I did, which finally produced a statement with the total for the work only. I have repeatedly requested and itemized statement for parts and labor as one would usually get from a plumber, but was told by their customer service rep---"It aint gona happen". So I have been scammed. The only recourse I have is to explain this all to a judge in small claims court. Do I want to go to all that trouble? Would anyone want to do that? I could have stopped payment through my American Express, but I do not play dirty pool like this company does. What I always say, "What goes around-comes around". My fault too, for not getting something in writing before the work was done, and for paying without something in writing before the technician gave me a proper statement of work done. For not asking for a receipt for the parts that were bought and/or not keeping the old parts. I just had no idea a company would operate in this manner. I can say, they saw me coming. Beware senior citizens. I would give this company zero if I could, but have to settle for one star, unfortunately. Response to owner below: I have faith when the faith is deserved. I HAVE NO SECOND FLOOR, what are you talking about leaking through the roof. In regards to the part, I saw what was taken out. BS on purchasing a better part. The Glazier Bay part for the exact single handled Glazier Bay faucet that I had in both bathrooms was about 1/3rd the cost of what I was charged. I bet the part was even cheaper at a plumbing WHOLESALE Company. If what you are saying is true, why not full disclosure? Answer that. And I had a old leaking faucet out back that was still working, but leaking a little when I turned on the hose. Of course, I was told that would be a BIG job--having to go through the wall from my kitchen, behind my cabinets to repair. That was REALLY hard to believe. Cant imagine what I would have paid for that being done--probably over a $1000 dollars! IT WAS JUST A LEAKY FAUCET. Last plumber I had in did an excellent job, and gave me a receipt for the parts he bought...so...there you go. If I had thought I would have a chance in small claims court, I would have, but it was a he said/she said thing. NOTHING IN WRITING. I would expect your technician to back you up. So dont talk to me about faith---My God says, Thy Shalt Not Steal. You need to read what the Bible says on the treatment of widows, too. God bless you, I forgive you. Also, BS on my refusing to look at his cell phone. I did and even signed it, thinking he would send the e-mail to me, and I could print it out. I HAVE A WORKING LAPTOP AND AN EXCELLENT PRINTER. I MIGHT BE OLD BUT NOT STUPID. Then was told he didnt know how to email and the office was closed. I was not upset about that at all, I was trusting and, I was polite. You guys can really manipulate the truth to suit your narrative. Seems like you have had a lot of practice. Guess, Im just old school when it comes to the truth, being deceived, lied to, and dealing with someone who has a bad attitude. The technician was very nice. One word of advice for him: Smoke outside your car and use some breath mints...you smelled like an ashtray. My house reeked of it while you were there and after you left.

Don’t waste your FEMA or personal money on Rolland Reash Plumbing. I just want to educate people about Rolland Reash Plumbing, since many people will need plumbing work done to fix their houses due to Irma damages. Way before Irma hit Florida we used Rolland Reash Plumbing Company to install our dishwasher. I even had to pay extra $50 for them to come down to Middleburg. They charged me $180 for one hour of work. The man who came from Rolland Reash changed a plastic valve under the sink and hooked up the new dishwasher. I even had to help him to lift up the dishwasher since he came by himself. They took my credit card information before they came in and after the work was done they charged the credit card. Apparently when they got the credit card info, they didn’t get the numbers right and few days later they called back to get correct credit card info. If I was a dishonest person like Rolland Reash, I could have refused to give them the correct credit card info and not pay them. But I made sure they got paid. One and half months later we found out that dishwasher was not hooked up properly and it had been leaking water for one and a half months! By that time my laminated floor started to bubble up, kitchen cabinets had water damage and kitchen started to get a musty smell. I called Rolland Reash and asked them to come and fix the problem. A different guy came in from that company and found out how the dishwasher was not hooked up properly and had been leaking quite a bit every time I used the dishwasher! After seeing the damages he called Mr. Rolland and he spoke with me and promised to fix everything. The dishwasher was not put back properly so there is enough space to air out the water that had been sitting under the dishwasher. A few days later another person came in to check damages and told us he would get back with us. Since then we had trouble contacting the Rolland Reash and getting them to fix the problem. Now they are saying they will not fix anything since its past 30 days. After paying $180, I now have a dishwasher that is not installed properly, and water damage to my laminated floor and kitchen cabinets! Rolland Reash says they are a licensed and insured company and they guarantee their work. Guess what?? That’s all lies. Be careful! This could happen to you!! It took us some time to find out that our dishwasher is leaking since water damage didn’t occur right by the dishwasher (we have tiles by the dishwasher). Water seeped down from under kitchen cabinets to the side and damaged the laminated floor. Now I have to replace my kitchen cabinets, and my fairly new laminated floor!

I had these guys come out due to a shower drain issue. The drain was backing up into my second guest bathroom. The guy did not lay down tarp or do ANYTHING to avoid tracking mud all over my house. He walked around and tracked from the outside to the back master bath. He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with a friend THEN took 20 minutes to throw a power cord onto my roof as he was unable to get to the issue from the bathroom. He bent the drain in the master shower but never got that open. He used my screw driver then left it behind the toilet in my guest bath. Somehow this guy managed to get mud all over the wall behind the toilet, on the toilet and all in the tub . I spent over 3 hours cleaning up the huge mess he left. When the office called me back, as the plumber did not get my Credit card, they did lower the charge by about $80 but I never got a receipt. I would have just written off the experience and not left feedback if not for the fact that the clog is back! So not only did this guy NOT do a good job he did not fix the issue! Now I am told that it is clog removal and that is not warrantied. So I am made them come back as "it sometimes takes twice to get the clog" (this is from the lady who is answering their phones). They sent two guys this time and they spent less than an hour trying to clear it and changed me $130+. These guys never got in a hurry and then told me maybe they fixed it. Just like the last time they did not lay tarp and tracked in again and did not care once they realized I was very annoyed. Do not use these guys unless you intend to make them be clean or clean up behind them and you can watch them to make them fix it. The bottom line is unless you want multiple trips this is not the company to use. Also, if you are a woman I suggest finding someone who has more tools and options that these guys no matter what. I will never use this company again. I do admit that they tried the first time to correct the issue but I spent more than they credited me having to have them come back out and they did not seem to care about the issue or that the last plumber was terrible from their company.
