They Dont know what they doing and cost so $$$ high and didnt fix the problem of our drain pipe. Worst plumber ever! So after my initial post, we were contacted by this company who apologized for the earlier attempt by a rude technician and they asked for a chance to make things right. The next day they sent Joe who was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue. Even better, the company credited us the previous technicians outrageous charge toward Joes bill for fixing the problem. This is the exact kind of company you want to conduct business with. They strive for customer satisfaction and do the right thing! Highly recommended and I will use them again.

Im only giving a 3 because our technician was polite, thorough and able to make it the same day. If not for him they would get a one. How is $875 a flat rate???!! Ridiculous pricing!!
