When I called, an estimator came out as scheduled, to look at my issues. He was on-time, polite and professional, but he never sent the quote. After several weeks, I called the company and they said they had mailed it to me. I asked them to send it to me via e-mail, which they did, but it was only halfway completed with a couple of items left off. I think they wrote it up after I called, because it took them awhile to send it to me. Anyway, I e-mailed the company with my concerns about the items missing in the quote and asked for clarification. Five business days later, no response. It amazes me that companies who treat customers this way can stay in business. I will take my business elsewhere.

I made an appointment with the salesperson and he never showed up. When I called to see where he was - he said he was sorry but not too eager to make an appointment that would work for me. Looked like a good product - Im disappointed.
