Would not recommend. 2 stars just because staff and service tech were friendly enough and responded quickly --- but way over-priced. Wanted $100 a pound for R140a refrigerant while three other companies wanted around $25-30. I know for a fact it wasnt R-22 as two different people within the company told me that price. Wanted $200 to $300 for a leak test when others were sub $100. Paid $140 for an overtime service call that resulted in just someone coming out and saying I had no Freon in the machine. I understand the nature of the service call and having to pay - but they didnt have anything to test for the leak at that time and said they had to come back - not prepared at all and waste of my time. They called back next day to ask how I felt about my service and when I mentioned that honestly not too happy (for the above reasons) was sent to some managers mailbox to never hear back. Clearly not interested in solving any issues - happy to take my cash and run. Bottom Line - Seems like they want to sell you a new AC unit instead of fix the actual problem. Was told I was looking at close to $1500 to $2000. "It may be worth just getting a whole new machine." I got a slight mixed feeling of them taking advantage of people who dont know any better ($100+ Freon, I am a 1st time house owner) and using a rock and a hard place (Broken AC right before summer) type situation to pressure you into a new AC unit. I ended up getting it fixed by another company for a much more reasonable rate (<$500). All and all seemed like a reputable enough company and did what they said they would do, just a complete non-value - borderline rip off- at those prices.

We recently had our furnace and air conditioning system replaced. Since we had used Hann and Sons for service of our existing system when we moved to the Cleveland area in 2011, we chose them to install the new system. This was in part due to the fair and honest service we had received. The crew that installed our new system were very professional, courteous, and answered any question that we had. Given the time of year/weather we requested that the air conditioning be set up first. They worked late the first date in order to accomplish that. Once completed they explained what work they had done, a general overview of the new system and any routine maintenance that would be needed. They also explained the new thermostat and performed the initial setup. We were very pleased with there work and would recommend W.F. Hann and Sons for both service and installation. We were also pleased with the sales process, which was not high pressure, but system options were clearly explained so that we could make an informed decision.

Very Unprofessional...didnt even have the courtesy to return a call after 5 hours of waiting/calling. My initial call was placed at 5:30pm..the answering service informed me an employee was notified and would return my call shortly...I made subsequent calls at 6:20pm.....6:45pm....7:30pm and finally at 9:52pm. For a 24 hour service it has very poor customer service. Even during a busy schedule someone should have the professionalism to return a call even if its to state they would be unable to service my furnace. Very poor..unresponsive service. HIGHLY Dubious!

I just received my AC install the week of July 14th, and I am extremely satisfied with my new unit! The entire staff was friendly from the lady that made my appointment to the team that actually did the installation! Barrett can out and explained in detail what was best for my home and did not try to force a more expensive unit. I received one price and it did not change after the install was complete. What I like most was that the install team introduced themselves to my Mom before the began working! I am now enjoying my Summer ...Thanx W.F. Hann!

The installation was to take 2 days, but the installers had the furnace and heat pump running the first day. Good thing since it was 93 degrees outside. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. Instruction on the Infinity controller was quick and easy, and now I can access the controls anytime through my phone. It also alerts me on issues that might come up. So far its been pretty awesome. Ill be interested in seeing the electrical costs in the winter with this high efficiency heat pump.

I have been dealing with WF Hann for many years. In addition to installing my Furnace and AC, they also provide top notch seasonal service inspections. Their staff are always professional & courteous; from the initial customer service call to the final work done by their technicians. They sent a technician to my house to give me a plumbing inspection and an estimate on some bathroom work. He was friendly & courteous, he worked quickly, but stayed and answered all of my questions and helped me understand the situation I was in and my available options. I thought the quote he gave was a little high, which is out of his control, but I will seriously consider using WF Hann for my plumbing needs in the future.

My daughter had a different company for her heating and cooling everytime they came for service they manage to find something wrong the price per service was high real high. They never suggested a new heat/ cooling in two years with them she spend over 3000.00 in service the last time they said it will be 2000.00 to fix it. She call W F Hann they suggested that it should replace. No complaints go job she has a Carrier now.

Furnace went out during a freezing night. Called them in morning. A nice guy name Robert arrived same day within hours. Fixed issue in minutes. They carry carrier products so I wouldnt have to wait on parts either Robert informed me. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced company. I will continue to patronize after my first encounter. Look no further.
